Bernie Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 My faithful friend of the last 12 years had to be put to rest this morning. A very sad day in our household. He was a great dog. He went everywhere with me. I think the thing I will miss the most is when I go home after work and he won't be there to greet me. My buddy Hobbes.
Headhunter Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Bernie, that's terrible news! Hobbes was great, sitting on my feet while we watched TV... sorry for you loss my friend! HH

Rattletrap2 Posted March 9, 2009 Report Posted March 9, 2009 Sorry for your loss Bernie. Our old boy is looking older and older every day. He is 11 this April and still thinks he is a pup but I see him slowing down on the stairs and such. My wife says She sees the same thing is happening with me! I dread the day when we have to deal with the same thing as you are going through.
