I guess my take on this is really who cares about a top speed. If ya wanna go faster go bigger in general terms.

Lape0019 Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 2006 Bass Tracker 190 TX w/ 75 Merc four stoke. 36-37mph full tournament load or 38mph with me and my gear at 5500rpm. That's with a 17p aluminum prop. I can hit 40 with a 19p aluminum but I lose some maneuverability.

Don't know how much more I could get with a different prop, as that is close to redline. I generally run around 26-27mph when I need to get somewhere.
