Nothing big, caught with no less than 80 feet left on our trolling path before packing things up at 4 today. Caught at 3:56

Came on Andy's line, my boat. He reeled it in, clipped the hooks etc but I get the picture, it's how we troll !!

Nah.. he sold his boat, but certainly isn't giving up on fishing. :Gonefishing:

Dang, That means I,ll have to move of his ice fishing spots now. LOL

Good to hear .

Any decent ski like that from G Bay or the French is somehow worth about 20 skis from the Kawarthas or Haliburton IMO. I'd rather fish fall skis and get skunked where you guys were than catch a couple on Balsam.

Only net that we've seen hit the water from any of the boats out in the past 3 weeks and no "chatter" as to anyone catching fish. Anyone is welcome to come up and show us how it's done.

Edit as Chris posted same time, I'd do a thousand fish free hours on Georgian Bay before constantly pulling weeds on Scugog ever again!

Nice! Tell Andy I said hi. Hope to see him on the ice! Just trolling the bay with the pair of you would be a blast, never mind actually catching!

I'm pretty sure we'll be out again next week Shayne... do you feel a cold coming on or the arrival of anal glaucoma (can't see my :asshat: coming to work)

Good stuff!!!! Persistence pays dividends!! GBay has been pretty tight with the big 'skis this year. I have a couple friends who were out daily for the past few weeks and were skunked. They usually get some nice supertankers every year (last years fatty was a 54 out of HH).

Nice fish Wayne! I'm not so sure my patience would enable me to land 1 fish in 60 hours of trolling! LOL!

I agree, 59 hours and 50 minutes of boredom for one fish that tastes like crap is not my cup of tea either.
