Old Ironmaker Posted April 24, 2020 Report Posted April 24, 2020 Stay the Blazes Home. Love it. Now with the James Taylor guy.
dave524 Posted April 25, 2020 Report Posted April 25, 2020 Got to see this guy 10 or so years ago at a pub , downtown Grimsby, don't think there was even a cover. Stayed till closing, the place wasn't even packed, one of the best nights of blues in my memory. Talked to him a bit , my age , he is British born and grew up with the same British blues I loved as a teen, Clapton, Mayall, Green etc. 1
SirCranksalot Posted April 25, 2020 Report Posted April 25, 2020 Saw him in Midland a few months ago. Also saw him at a pub in TO about 15 yrs ago, no cover. Puts on a good show. 2
dave524 Posted April 25, 2020 Report Posted April 25, 2020 Another from Jack de Keyser, definitely more of an Otis Rush flavour than a Led Zeppelin 1
dave524 Posted April 29, 2020 Report Posted April 29, 2020 (edited) Man this guy is good , vintage guitar not being wasted in a collection Edited April 29, 2020 by dave524
dave524 Posted May 3, 2020 Report Posted May 3, 2020 Just won a bunch of Blues Award, he is only 21, still hope for the future of blues 1 1

I know some guys don’t like him, but I really think he’s beyond exceptional. Anything he and Kevin Shirley have produced is top notch.
dave524 Posted July 28, 2020 Report Posted July 28, 2020 (edited) Another of my 60's British Blues guitar heroes passed in his sleep a few days ago, RIP Peter , one of the founders of the real Fleetwood Mac . Santana got a lot of airplay covering this Peter Green tune Edited July 28, 2020 by dave524
