Love the pics especially the ones at the dinner table! I enjoy my fish whole like that too. Looks great on the plate and, you're right, you waste way less of it. I kinda think it tastes better too!

Sorry folks but my camera is in the shop getting repaired so no pictures but I did get a 16keepers of Soc olait big fish was 14 inches and smallest kept was 12. I got the potato wedges sitting in a bucket of cold saltwater getting ready for the fish fry tonight.
