grizzlybri Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 So with Jeremy84's lure thread it got me thinking to see what is everyone's dream fish. Fish Bucket on their list to catch. It could be any species from anywhere in the world, and how what would you want to catch it on or with. I actually have 3 and all different methods to catch them White Sturgeon on the Fraser River guided Blue Catfish and I want to noddle for it Barracuda deep sea

MCTFisher9120 Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 I just want a Largemouth over 7lbs. I've been fishing hard since the end of 2009 after getting one just once away from 7. That's my goal to break the 7lb mark with a Largemouth Bass. After that it would be a 8lb, then a 9lb and so on....

akaShag Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Halibut. I've been out for them several times, never caught one. Had two very heavy fish on, but in one case a rubber hook, and the other he took me onto the bottom and broke me off......... I even own a halibut rig, which resides on Vancouver Island and awaits my return! And yes Sinker, fresh halibut is VERY tasty. Doug
lew Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Halibut. My sister-in-law is 4'10" and jigged up a 100 pounder off the coast of Alaska. She said it was just a tad difficult to get it to the boat
