Ya ... pretty much.. they definitely can add a few pounds for ya.. especially if you take advantage of the shore lunches. and Mike is loving it up there, next year when hes even more settled in he'll be even happier.. if thats possible.. lol.

I had the great oppertunity at the age of 25(read 1982) to go on a fly in moose trip to lake mojakit. my hosts/ friends were all older than me by 20yrs avg. I was a city boy from Toronto and had never experienced this before. Needless to say, Lifetime bonds were made. We caught many Pike and pickeral, plus ducks geese and almost any other critter(s) we could eat. (no lodge and only so much room on the plane) We also got our Moose! Unfortunatly, over these last few years, I Am the only survivor of that trip that changed my life. As I read your beautiful report and looked at the pictures, so many memories came flooding back. It is with tears in my eyes(of joy and sadness) that I Write these words. That week was the high point of my life(although I didn't fully realize it then) But it is the only thing I ever want to talk about when I am with the Grandkids. I really do have a great time up there and had a great season. Looking forward to returning next year to guide again! Here are pictures of the two while fishing with me that day. Had a unforgettable 9 weeks there and can't wait to see the friends I made there and all the wonderful people I got to fish with. Thanks for the report TJ! MTBF
