laszlo Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 (edited) In my last post we listed our Top 5 Lures. The scenario stays the same but this time the choice comes down to one lure only. My choice, if it was the only one I could have would be... 1) Mepps #4 Algia Silver Dressed What's yours??? Edited June 4, 2009 by laszlo
BITEME Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 J-11 or a black fury that is a very tough choice but i gotta stay true j-11 black and silver
solopaddler Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 That's an easy answer, a jig of some kind.
blaque Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 I cant answer this question, and my tackle bags would support that statement.
JohnF Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 At the moment for me it's a variety of floating minnows twitched across the surface, but I'm very fickle. My buddy Rob uses virtually nothing but original floating rapalas in a size 7 ( I think without checking), the grey & white colour. Mostly all we fish are creeks and smallish lakes for bass and the occasional pike. JF
LeXXington Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 The one that catches the fish.. If I told my wife there was a top "5" she would ask why I have the rest
Fishnwire Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 An octopus hook, some split shot and a slip float can be pretty versatile and fairly reliable...if you've got something decent to put on the hook. If I don't have bait though, I'd go with 1/4 jig and smoke power grub/
Weeds Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 I love chucking a spinnerbait around. Might not be the number one lure as far as productivity goes but I love it anyways.
spinnerbaitking Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 Got to go with my handle Spinnerbait on Saugeen River but right now X-Rap, opening of Bass XPS Crankbait Blue & White Richard
Ksword Posted June 4, 2009 Report Posted June 4, 2009 Thats Easy.. 1/4 oz green and yellow joghead...with chartreuse twister tail..
