Aside from the guys in the film...I liked the music, the visuals and how it focused on the chemistry between 2 anglers.

My wife Anna actually watched the entire film with me last night and suprisingly enjoyed it!

No it is not flossing. All my fish on beads are hooked inside the mouth and all are released successfully because the hook isn't deep in its throat.

I can't beleive this thread started almost 4 years ago now. Man time flies. Fished a lot of great rivers with some solid guys/anglers! Steelhead are by far my favorite species to fish handsdown.

I too have used Fidel's custom leaders. They're great! Fidel and pike hunting go hand and hand. One of the best Pike Anglers I've ever met. He really knows his Carp too!!! Wink Wink buddy.

I once caught a Quilback Carpsucker out of the lower Niagara. A buddy of mine was fishing for Steelhead and saw a guy hook a big budded plant. Yes...they kept it and it was good. For real.

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas and happy holidays...it's a great time of year. Regardless of rumors of an armageddon (wink wink), 2012 was awesome. Our family settled into a new home and I settled into a new job. Outdoor exploration in unfamiliar surroundings was plentiful! Following some winter Steelheading, I hiked the upper stretches of local creeks before opener to take some pics of spawning fish and to see how healthy the run was. Once opener arrived 95% of the fish were gone. While fishing for Carp and Channel Cats in June I was shocked to get this one. A few Carp were captured on the fly as well. This has become one of my favorite types of angling over the last 3 years. Most years I leave the Salmon alone once they enter the rivers. I needed to scratch the itch before Steelhead season so I couldn't resist. When they first enter in the lower stretches, they sure do love flies! Now that the temps have cooled down nicely, Steelie fishing has been awesome! 2012 is the year of the bead for me. Never really gave them the respect they deserve before. Hope everyone has a great holiday! 2013...Bring it.

I work in the industry and strickly labour speaking it should be between $4,000 - $6,000 if your keeping the fixtures in the same location. The material is another story. How much you spend is up to you.
