Crimsongulf Posted April 4, 2020 Report Posted April 4, 2020 (edited) Washed the pollen off for the 4th time this week. Edited April 4, 2020 by Crimsongulf
Hack_Fisherman Posted April 4, 2020 Report Posted April 4, 2020 Looked at it out the window and wondered if I’d even have it in the water this year with all that’s happening.
strik Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 Was just glad I never purchased the new one and keeped the old one. Might just shine it up next week.
woodenboater Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 it's in the garage and not likely coming out any time soon...
glen Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 I pulled the winch and bow roller off the trailer. Now I need to find 1/4 x2” flat bar 30” long. I need to move the roller farther from the bow so I can use low gear on the winch. 1

Hack_Fisherman Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 I did the transom and the floor under the splash well last year. Was planning on replacing the rest of the floors and some mods to the bow seating to allow a drop in casting platform. Might be this springs project seeing as my house reno has completely stalled.
cisco Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 Normally up north getting it ship shape but now stuck at home playing around carefully planning/setting up an ozone sanitizing operation.
irishfield Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 I walk past it numerous times a day, giving thought as to whether I bother paying my $960 insurance due May 5th. Only worry is skipping a year and they refuse coverage next year. I paid last year and the boat never left the property with all we had going on, now this year I won't be allowed to head North. 2
Dutch01 Posted April 5, 2020 Report Posted April 5, 2020 Mine is all dressed up and nowhere to go 3 1
Crimsongulf Posted April 5, 2020 Author Report Posted April 5, 2020 Well, shortly after daybreak this morning I went fishing and did ok. Two flatties, three specs and 11 whiting. All are cleaned, vac sealed and most are in the freezer. 1

AKRISONER Posted April 6, 2020 Report Posted April 6, 2020 (edited) took mine out of storage over the weekend. Found that a mouse had made residence in the compartment beneath my seats. Put the dust mask and gloves on and proceeded to deep clean the entire boat. lil bugger decided to chew a section of one of my docking ropes. Clearly couldn’t get the material he needed from it as it was too interwoven, but still ruined it. put the batteries back in and hooked everything back up. then I started to fix a problem with my livewell from last season but noticed something strange was going on when I had no power anywhere? Turns out my main AC power switch was intermittently now failing. Replaced that then went back to the livewell and of course after pulling every single fuse out of the block, the last fuse I checked was the livewell fuse. Turns out one of my connectors was crap and had fallen of and shorted itself out. boats nearly ready, just need to get my seals for the ram’s and get the engine running. Also took all of my tackle out of storage and back into the boat Edited April 6, 2020 by AKRISONER

DRIFTER_016 Posted April 9, 2020 Report Posted April 9, 2020 Looked at it when I went into the shelter to replace the rims and tires on my snowmobile trailer. Off to the cabin this weekend. Ice road to the diamond mines just closed today. Almost 3 weeks later than normal. Been a cold winter.
Crimsongulf Posted April 14, 2020 Author Report Posted April 14, 2020 Ordered jack plate ram seals for the flats boat. Sprung a leak.
