I hope the nhl eliminates the automatic penalty when a player's stick breaks into three pieces, after another player tries to knock the stick out of their hands. hockey sticks get a lot of hard use during a game and just a little tap and they seem to break. leaf4 Posted February 28, 2017 Report Share Posted February 28, 2017 I think they sign him at a cost effective salary, and he can be a boon for all the young guys to learn from, as well as bringing all that playoff experience... This year's draft is considered a weak one, so the leafs giving up a second rounder, when they still have 2 others really isn't that much, and Froese...
