It's 3:00 AM and snowing here in East York now and windy too, but I think were only sposed to get a few inches here in town.

 

1st snow we've seen this year down here.

If you look hard there is some hiding between the blades of grass and in the cracks of the sidewalk here, bit of rain now. Looks like the weatherman had another case of premature accumulation

We haven't any snow here yet but the radar screen shows it starting anytime. School boards have closed here. I think we'll be seeing a really good batch of useless/unreliable employees in the next while.

Snow this morning.listening to the high wins and sleet off the hotel window,and listening to the back up beepers on the plows since 5am.

Now I have to drive to AYR.

So far it's more of a wind storm here north of Peterborough, whatever snow is falling is falling horizontal, no real accumulation to speak of...

 

I was hoping to try out my new snowblower but the little bit on my deck & driveway could be swept away with a broom.

on the bright side the lakes are freezing up.... 3/4" for over 200 yards on Cache Bay {Nipissing} yesterday
