  1. Incredible story to listen to Mike. Thanks for sharing. Sorry to hear you lost your uncle but your family can be very proud. Cheers Craig
  2. Not sure where your located, but Bass Pro always has a good selection this time of the year. I find that they all seem to be made pretty much the same. TSC also stocks them. Cheers Craig
  3. Hey Rob Guess it depends on what you are looking for. If it is Pizza and Wings type food, we quite often head to Mister B's in Niagara Falls, New York. It is very close to the Military Road shopping malls etc. It's not fancy, in fact it is an old house turned into a restaurant, however the food is very good. Its located at corner of Hyde Park Road and ontario street. Lot will be full of Ontario plates..hahaha Cheers Craig
  4. My truck door usually removes them for me.............................................. Cheers Craig
  5. I believe that you will find that one of the ground wires has come off. I had the same problem with a Polaris. If memory serves me, the ground wire was on the Mag side of the engine and down low near the mounts. Once that was hooked back up, kill switch functions properly. As for the starter not engaging, sound like a different problem all together if it is spinning but not engaging... Good luck, let us know how you make out Cheers Craig
  6. Thanks for the report Pidge. Don't know what depth that Casey's has their huts at right now, but 15-18 feet of water off Bolster seems to be pretty good right now. I think early season he had his huts out around 20-22 feet. Thanks for taking the time Cheers Craig

    BRUTAL

Very well put Obviously the media plays a very important role in keeping the public informed. I rely on the news as much as the next person; however, when the intense media attention of these events is continually shown, it seems to flick some type of switch in like minded individuals. My thoughts are with the many many families forever affected by these events. Cheers Craig
  8. Gets me to the feeeesh.....1999 Mxz 600...looking forward to more than the 40 kms I logged last year... Cheers Craig
  9. Wiser... For flights I would look at Allegiant airlines out of Niagara Falls NY airport. I recently priced to Tampa for my family of three and it was going to be $399.00 for all three of us direct, taxes in to Tampa. That was in October as well. I see you are in Niagara anyhow so to e that would be a no-brainer. Cheers Craig
  10. Amen brother..... Been a very dry couple of years now Your pictures sure bring it all together. I`m sure there are all sorts of variables ie. dams, hydro plants etc etc., but year over year sure makes you realize the changes that have taken place. Cheers Craig
  11. Lew.....I had the same problem with my mower earlier this season. I removed the carb (which looks exactly like yours and all plastic). I sprayed carb cleaner through all of the orifaces and jets to clean them out. It was fine after that. I suspect a little bit of dirt in one of your jets as well too. Ive found that it doesnt take much to get some dust into the fuel and carb, especially if the mower is used in areas with bare patches of dirt. Good luck and let us know how it goes. PS...i took a quick picture of the springs etc on the carb set-up before i took it apart, but like you say there isnt much adjustment to be done on them nowadays. Cheers Craig
  12. Jacques....I near pizzed myself reading that. Cheers Craig
  13. That is a fattie.....Congrats man Cheers Craig
  14. Woodenboater Dont know how often you cross into the states. I ordered tires through discount tire direct (free shipping) and had them sent to CBI Inc in Niagara Falls New York. Went over and picked them up, paid HST on way back in and all was easy as pie. For your size the prices were: Yokohama Geolander H/TS $117.00 BF Goodrich Long Trail $102 Goodyear S/RA $109 If was very worth it for me when replacing the tires on my Durango. Cheers Craig
  15. Not sure if this is the spot you were talking about, but you can park at Fishmasters Marina and fish off of his property. I believe it is 5 bucks to park, but worth it if you go inside and speak to Steve he will send you in the right direction and can hook you up with catfish bait if you need it. Just Google Fishmasters for the directions....it is right in Dunnville along the river (North shore). Cheers Craig
  16. All I can say is WOW...beautiful work. pride in craftsmanship...the lost art in this day of disposable goods. Very nice Spiel Cheers Craig
  17. Welcome aboard Steve By the sounds of things, you have had a great few years and have matured far faster than many to be able to appreciate the outdoors the way you do now. Great intro and look forward to hearing about your upcoming adventures. Niagara sure is a great area to be for fishing. Cheers Craig
  18. Sounds like the boat is on consignment at the dealers...More people wanting a piece of the pie likely keeping the price a bit high. However....the dealer likely knows what he will be able to command for a price.....especially in the spring. Good luck with your search Cheers Craig
  19. Tonite at 7:30pm on TVO, The Water Brothers are profiling the influx of the Asian Carp in the US and the potential threat to the Great Lakes... Just an FYI if anybody interested Cheers Craig
  20. Boy there are some very creative people around here. Well done Cheers Craig
  21. One of the best commercials i have ever seen. Cool Cheers Craig
  22. Not sure which border crossing you use, but i have used this company many times. Very easy access and very good to deal with. Located in Niagara Falls, New York. http://cbiusa.com/ Cheers Craig
  23. An automobile engine with an oil reservoir independent of the crankcase oil. The crankcase would have an oil level sensor and oil from the reservoir would be added as required. Oil level would always be optimum. Wouldn't negate having your oil changed regularly; however would avoid low oil situations. cheers Craig
