  1. Please......somebody stop me from looking here. I'm pretty sure; Shadow would be a great companion. She would thrive in our family. Love the Credit in my back yard. Enjoy casual hours at the office. Probably like fishing? Would love visits with my Grandaughter. Ryan, I'll pm you in the morning.
  2. Okay Skip Been keeping tabs on you and pretty sure that's boat #3 in your fleet. Need 2 more for the epic G2G and we'll all have our own ride Looks like some serious Great Lakes potential there. Be happy to help ya out with the rigging. Cheers, Slayer
  3. Dave, Thanks for posting this. It definitely made me re-think/do my on board set up. PFD's will no longer be stored in a 'hold'. They will be attached to chests or boat seats. Also, I'm shopping for a 'bail out bag' tomorrow. Also, I copied/posted this on spoonpullers. I was surprised to see no one else had already done so. Thx again, Symon
  4. Seems to me the top few feet is reading thermocline.??
  5. Just for kicks and giggles Mike, I'll throw one of the associates on it. Actually, Dan C. Gave me an idea with the mention of "within 20 feet". Check with your friend and see if the GPS coordinates are inclusive and documented. Email me the docs if you prefer.
  6. My psycho senses are screaming Mike. I see a court date in your buddies future.
  7. If you go to spoonpullers.com and search 'cannon mini mag' you will find some older listings. Quickly looked @ 3 listings dating back to 2010. They were priced anywhere from 100 to 175 each depending on age/condition. No idea what they actually sold for but I'm pretty confident that there was a there was probably a $25+ haggling factor built in. Slayer
  8. My 2 best 'go to' SB's are both made by Mike P (gifts from a fellow OFC'R). Seems I might need to acquire a couple of Joey's for comparison
  9. Hopefully he gets 'tried' and convicted in the US. He will lose much more than his license .
  10. Thx Bob. Can you bring them for the G2G???
  11. Lots of cat treats there BB. Nice shootin'
  12. Great point about the fleas SC.they are the worst I've seen in five years. No braid on my boat now, not even for dipsies. Wire on the dipsies, FF on the riggers w/ flouro leaders. But Black's releases w/ the rubber bands will definitely result in more solid hook ups. Also better indicator for shakers.
  13. John, Have you ever dealt with this company? Reputable? Thx, Simon
  14. These are exactly what you need: http://www.coldwater...er-release-clip Your line is wrapped, not pinched (see second video). I also incorporate the 'rubber band' method. I find my hook up ratio went way up last year. <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/kzHlQzFGKZE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/B-qTqZOFLnU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Slayer

  16. Lots of changes since you've been down Cliff. I'm a 'mod' now.
  17. A little more info: http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/en/Business/LetsFish/2ColumnSubPage/STEL02_165361.html
  18. Try Dave Sullivan @ City Marine (Etobicoke) 416 207 0344. He's usually got used parts kicking around (I know he's got my used/good stator from my Merc 115 kicking around). Tell him Simon referred you. And if you don't mind, ask him if my boat's gonna be ready this weekend
  19. You lost me at leaving your little girl at home. Sometimes Karma sucks.
  20. 100% flouro for anything/everything with teeth.
  21. Way to go Skip :clapping : Your contribution to FFT12 is admirable. Plus the fact that you met two fine OFC alumni is awesome. It don't get much better! Congrats, Slayer
  22. Great tip! I do the same. Fish taste better when bled/cleaned right away and then put on ice.
