  1. Some, very few of the light models will float if you have the extra large tires.
  2. Some people eat stupid with a coal shovel.
  3. There's only one thing missing...the brass pole.
  4. So if the wife puts you in the doghouse, we know where you're going. Nice work!
  5. I'm sure a little while back, someone had to get an ATV fender repaired and was quite happy with the price and outcome of the repair. Icefisherman had the repair done. Here, http://www.plasticweldingrepairs.ca/
  6. I would avoid the big box stores, if something goes wrong, jeez knows where they ship them to and for how long to get fixed. I've heard multiple horror stories. I found our local wizard in Barrie (Dr Computer Logic) and have been with him since about '95. He has a good bunch of tekkies that fix stuff right and don't screw ya around. They also sell commercial refurbs, completely rebuilt and reinstalled operating systems. My last one cost me $250 with complete file transfers out the door. They even gave me back my old one for networking if I wanted. Look around in town or maybe Peterborough if they have any reputable dealers.
  7. Yup, had that issue with canon printer and camera, neither of which is more than 2 years old. Email was all screwed up too. I reverted back to W7 and then a lot of the old archived emails were lost completely. As far as I know windows 7 will be supported until 2020. Maybe by then the chitshow will be fixed.
  8. I did a bunch downstairs with the PEX type tubing but used the Sharkbite fittings. Man is that easy work.
  9. I've learned a bit here and will definitely make an effort to do a bit more canning of veggies and fruits. I've already got a bunch of canned salmon, trout and turkey on the rack. Ya just never know when it may come in handy.
  10. Best of health on your day and all year long.
  11. Sleep apnea machine that makes you sound like the Darth Vader.
  12. Yup, TO Angler or maybe toe dangler doesn't realize that maybe he'll make 80 some day if he's wise enough.
  13. Pointy pencil, free forms at the post office and a stamp.
  14. Canned bacon, there's no way it can remain crisp and crunchy. I'm going to have to try that along with a few other items this year.
  15. That's my take on it too, why do we constantly have to bail them out, if it's not a viable company, let them sink, someone else will make it work.
  16. All comes down to the "needs" and "wants". Some people don't understand the difference, some do. Although a reality show, a lot of people should take in a couple hours of Til Debt do us Part series and learn from that.
  17. Reg says minimum 46L or 10 Gal so I would say you're good to go.
  18. No you don't, check the link here for the list of ingredients and how to: http://www.smallfootprintfamily.com/how-to-cure-bacon
  19. Ha, and I know where you live too
  20. The look on her face is just priceless, come here and put that minnow on.
  21. Then take a look at the top of the page, this is in addition to a lot of things that aren't shown in provincial regs. Those regs are up to date to the end of 2015.
  22. Might want to rethink trapping after 1 Jan, found this elsewhere. Scroll down to the bottom. http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2007-237/page-11.html#h-44
  23. Have to try that.
  24. Get you coming or going, I don't doubt they'll put the screwdriver to us one way or another.
