  1. There's always a chance and some hope, you never know. Hope the best for your family.
  2. Understood, but I would think the majority are out on a fishing trip when they unfortunately end up on thin ice.
  3. At this point my ATV is looking like a garage queen for this winter and that's where it's going to stay. If you can't follow simple recommendations and reports, you will make your family and friends suffer for no reason but some fish.
  4. There's always a catch in there soomewhere. I tried one of them once, had a beatch of a time trying to get rid of the add ons, changed my home page, etc.
  5. Didn't think it would make it through the hole.
  6. I tried it and then found my canon printer wouldn't work unless you hooked it up with cable. The canon camera wouldn't do downloads via wifi either. Reverted to W7 and prompty lost a pile of old email files. A bunch of the W7 games are not on W10 either.
  7. He should be gone for a long time, if he isn't it's going to send a really bad message.
  8. Hondas have the fuel shut off built into the on/off switch. It has a fuel gauge too, when there's no rum rum, it's empty.
  9. Well it will probably be in beaverton in 10 minutes.
  10. I don't think your Titan is quite capable of carrying a slide in unless it's a real light weight. Most of them are 2000lbs plus jus empty.
  11. No the black strap just goes around to hold the tire tube, a little easier to get the hook on and off if we have to dump the plow real quick.
  12. Promised you pics, here they are. Remember the snatch block goes on the plow, the winch hook goes through that and up to the front carrier bar.
  13. Funny as it may seem, some guys have very good luck switching their tires to opposite side in winter, I don't know why, maybe something to check out.
  14. Well, them pictures are somewhere in space, no fret, will get a couple from the ones at work tomorrow. In essence, add a snatch block to where the winch hook normally goes on the plow. Run the cable through the snatch block and then the winch hook will be pulled up to the center bar of your front carrier. Get a 4.80 x 8 tire tube, fold it around the center front bar of the carrier, then take the winch hook and put it through both halves of the tire tube. If you have a brain fart moment and hold the "IN" button too long, the tire tube will stretch enough to prevent breaking the winch hook off the cable. At the same time, the snatch block reduces the electric power required by the winch by half.
  15. I'll try to send you a couple of pics for your plow hook up so you don't stretch the brown out of the cable and snap the hook off.
  16. A word of caution, the larger you go in diameter, the harder it is on the drive line. Bearings wear out faster too. They are designed with a particular size of tire, sometimes it pays to just keep them the same. One inch up in diameter is only 1/2 an inch higher clearance. Not worth it. I've got the stock Dunlops, 25/10/12 and 25/8/12 and haven't got stuck.
  17. All depends what kind of radar and the brand. Old style sationary radar took one tuning fork for a prescribed speed usually 100km/h, moving took 2 forks one for the vehicle speed one for the target. Newer ones do an internal check. Each radar is calibrated and then checked with its own fork, you shouldn't play switchero. Testing if required should be done prior to using it and after each ticket to ensure it's working within specs and recorded.
  18. Take a sniff, you'll know if it's the gas tank vent tube. could also be the front differential vent tube.
  19. A lot of the stuff on CADC goes for ridiculous prices, often more than new retail.
  20. Too bad we couldn't have a live feed. I suppose we could stand on shore and hold up evaluations for the best attempt at being an idiot.
  21. Yup we're on an exponentially increasing speed of destroying the planet. Bottled water, coffee cups, christ bring your own mug.
  22. Some, very few of the light models will float if you have the extra large tires.
