  12. awesome Wayne. That sounds like the best possible outcome after all you guys went through in the last 18 months. Here's hoping this dragon is slayed once and for all and you guys can get back on with living a (as close as you can with no hip bone) normal life.

  16. Chris - cant use the words here to describe how much that p's me off - especially on top of all your health issues- this is just unreal. Hopefully insurance will give you something to start over with.?
  17. oh, that makes me want to be out there, thanks for the report ...but the water levels still look really low? Is that a dock and a cleat on the top right of the first pic, or a diving board mount?
  18. Hey Roy - can you check out Frankie65's profile and skin him too? Thanks
  19. If you can hold off till the Spring Fishing and Boat show there will be some good deals to be had then, and lots to choose from. Radio World has a booth there as well as many others. I went with a Standard Horizon 5 / 15 watt mounted version. Gets great coverage on Lake O with an 8 ft antenna - easily talk to Port Weller and can reach boats at the mouth of the Niagara when I am at Jordan.. I was out with a member once who had a hand held and we were trying to talk with a boat only about 2ks away (easy line of sight), and because it was cold and the batteries were low we couldn't communicate.
  20. nice quick fix there Simon Wont be seeing too many ice posts from SO this weekend with this weather forecast - 11 degrees on Saturday Climate change is a myth........
