A reputable music review website yesterday posted that two prominent hip-hop/electronic music artists that most people that are fans of the genre are big fans of, were going to collaborate and create an album. It was made even more believable by the fact that the MC of the duo hasnt released an album in a couple of years. It got a huge amount of hype, but then turned out to be a cruel joke. I was totally vulnerable yesterday, i had absolutely no clue that it was april 1st so anyone could have put one right past me.

Its unfortunate, my dog loves fishing so much that he cant come in the boat while we are casting anymore, he just gets too pumped up. jigging for pickerels is one of his faves though. You can bet any time i shore fish he accompanies me the entire way, he even likes to give a lick to every catch. Some times its amazes me how good my pup's memory is. I was away on vacation the past two weeks so cash was at his grandmas house while I was gone. This morning my alarm went off at 6:45 like it does every morning, he still knew exactly what was going on and went immediately to the staircase and waited for me to get up so that I could take him for his morning walk. Cash is definitely my fave person to hang around with, 100% loyalty at all times, and the only downside is that he has to be taken to the bathroom and I have to pick it up lol. He is so smart though that when i am at the lake, he rarely goes in the yard so I dont even have to pick up after him for the most part.

Im going to vouch for the guys here that are saying a 4 stroke 9.9 would not be fun to lug around. I have a 14 foot tinner with a suzuki 15 oil injected 2 stroke, im 180 lbs but I hit the gym and lift weights etc and trust me the motor is not fun to carry and maneuver, nor is it easy to place solo when attaching it to the back of the boat.

in PAB we had black flies nearly the entire summer, in early June you can expect it to be a complete gongshow as that is the absolute peak of black fly season. Typically it kicks up around the may 24 and then that first week in June is almost unbearable, lots of bug dope and a bug net hat are pretty much a necessity if you hope to not be breathing in the buggers through your nose and having them go in your ears constantly. Not to mention crawling into your pants and biting you on your private parts (its happened and its not fun) Luckily if you are up there getting bit every year you gain a tolerance and the bites dont blow up as bad, but if your buddy is not a regular he can expect 100 large itchy welts covering his entire body from just one weekend.

i fish heavy current in the fall on Georgian Bay every year. Deadsticking still works but you really will need to finesse your presentation, i find that unless you have your bait dead on bottom but under tension you wont catch anything. At times i litteraly let my rod balance in my palm as if it were a scale, allowing the jig weight to pull my rod tip downwards to the bottom, this allows me to place my jig exactly on bottom with a jig that is upright and under tension. The presentation allows the minnow rigged through the lip to swim into the current while hovering over the bottom. Another favourite is to literally cast a crank down stream, and sometimes even let it float a long long ways down river and then as slowly as possible crank the lure back towards you ensuring that you are getting maximum action with the slowest movement. ive hammered some pretty big walleye this way, especially if you can find a spot where the current is flowing up over a drop off, the diving crank swimming down the slop of the bank at a slow rate is absolutely deadly.

it is interesting to see that not one person here for the first thread ever is opposed to decriminalizing pot...so what the heck is going on here? I actually wonder where the small minority is that is opposed to it.
