I have a Garmin 255W. Its great and I can take it on land or water....If I spent more time in the bush I would of opted for one of the smaller Garmins but this 255 is a do everything workhorse.It also comes in a 250 which is not as wide. Good Luck !!

My weener dog Arnie is no more than 12 inches high and hardly sheds at all. Dashunds have a long life expectancy as well..Pretty shure I saw some puppys for sale on Kijiji for labout $700 Good Luck !!

Really great concept....Great for smaller fish I guess.But what do you do when your trying to haul a larger size fish up out of the hole like a 30"plus pike or laker ??

This may be old school but it worked for me when I was more of an avid ice fisherman....Local grocery store frozen section...Frozen squid cut into bite sized strips resembling a minnow...The stuff is rubbery and doesn't fall off easy and the fish seemed to like it.... Cheers !!!

For dinner this year we will have BBQ salmon and bacon wrapped scallop kabobs with Portugese style shrimp on the side with fresh sour doe bread. Washed down with home made red wine or beer. This will be followed up in the evening with smoked trout snacks which usually consists of some kind of cracker with garlic and herb creme cheese topped up with a tender chunk of smoked trout and of course washed down with more red wine and beer.....Oh and my wifes favourite in front of TV snack,more shrimp but this time its breaded with their little tails sticking up Cheers !!
