Finally after the unsettled weather moving through 24/7 and I got an chance to get out and do some Bassin today.

 

We started off working the shorelines using the Famous Northam SpinnerBaits , sure enough the bass were on the feed , first Bass of the day

Mid morning we moved out and starting Gulping the logs ....

I decided to throw on a White Big-o , First cast I get a hit = a one pound bass as it nears the boat .....Bang !!!! A 7lb pike comes out of nowhere and tries to take off with '' My '' bass :angry: :angry:

Ok you and Kev are definitely kings of the water now! That is a sweet shot, and Kev great job grabbing her out of the water! I have seen it happen by pike and muskie but never got one on film. Had muskies hit bobbers twice too.

Thats a cool deal, but, I hope you let the Pike go. It was illegally caught.

Kevin did good poaching that Pike like that! ;) ... and you did good catching it on film!!! :clapping:
