No complaints this year for me. Everything was cool and something I could use. I was spoiled again as usual by my wife and family.

Welcome aboard Cgirl. Carp ignore the honeydo list and keep up the great work on the mast. Only kidding. I think buying the base was a good idea like you said to avoid more holes in the boat. I probably should have looked harder for one but was anixous to get things mounted and going . I'll keep the place in mind up there if looking for anything else though. Mike

Thanks for the update for some reason I thought you had the blr. Oh well doesn't matter as long as they fall down. Glad to hear you have some meat in the freezer and now some fish for the table. We didn't get a moose this year either but had fun. We had a screw up in the tags this year and ended up with gun tags instead of archery. So we had to move from our regular spot in 15a to 12a as we had another archery tag for there. So it was like a totally new hunt for us and the rut was late again with all the heat and rain this fall. Thanks again for the hardwater report.

That would be me Brother. My shift has been stuck on this Christmas rotation for a few years now. Fortunitly I finish on Christmas morning for 2 days but will be spending the night there tomorrow. Guess I'm luckly not to have kids and not being concerned with the whole chirstmas morning thing. Hope everyone that is working the Holidays stays safe. Mike

Everything looks good so far. I was thinking of converting my mast to mount in the seat mount but was having a hard time finding the base. So I stuck with the flat metal mount on the bow. Let us know how it all works out in the end.

Thats all we did year round. Kinda a tradition to kill time and we still do at family get togethers. I grew up in a hockey family.

I can't comment on the vex but I do own the x67c and love it. Works well in both modes and the flasher is great on the hard water. I use it year round by converting it and attaching it to my bowmount. So you know my chouce would be the Lowrance.
