  1. Sounds like a great machine. It's got everything you'll ever need and the colour screen is a great options for fast recognition. Can't beat that price.

  5. I had mine built right in town at PCparamedics the the bottom of high street. I found them to be quite competitive with pricing and I got exactly what I wanted. I've also heard good things about the new shop on Parkhill just across the bridge by Alicia's Hair salon. Sorry I can't remember the name but a buddy of mine says he a good guy to deal with.   8. Never too early to start them out. Cute little girl.
  9. I'm not sure about your program but on the Garmin Topo I use there is a detail setting. If it's set low then you loose the contours and alot of other little things. I usually run mine on the highest detail setting and it works well. So have a look in the tool bar up top for a detail or somehting else along that line to adjust it. Good Luck.

  15. I have a Lowrance X67c that is a great little machine. It's about middle of the road for price but works well in the Kawarthas for me. Then in the winter I convert it over to portable for the hardwater season.
