good teams build good lines to play around their snipers... Steven Stamkos, Alex Ovechkin. Once again a reiterate, my friends article http://faceoffcircle.ca/2015/01/17/time-trade-steven-stamkos/ Read it, i dare you.

gotta pay to play. I would personally never buy a new boat but thats just me. Too many idiots out there that buy boats and then use them one season and then they leave them parked in their garage for the next 10 years. My pops bought a 28 foot rinker for 70% off cause it was 2 years old and had a whopping 10 hours on it.

if you honestly think trading phil kessel is a good idea you clearly dont know much about hockey. Unless the package included 2 top prospects and a first rounder. and no one is going to give that up. Phaneuf isnt going anywhere thats a 100% guarantee mark my words.

Huzz, he is confusing them with bowfins or lings most likely out of curiosity has anyone here eaten bowfin? would it be similar?

is this a terrova exclusive feature?

Shannahan's strength is his ability to evaluate and know players. Are people forgetting that Dave Nonis is the GM here? If you honestly think the Leafs are going to be buyers at the deadline you are an idiot. Basically the story will be, how much TNT they throw into the team at the deadline. Will they dump everyone, or just a few key pieces. They aren't trading Kessel or Phaneuf, but dont be surprised to see Gardiner, Kadri, Lupul, Bozak, Reimer or anyone on the 3rd and 4th lines go. if someone is willing to grossly overpay in young talent and prospects for kessel simply for a playoff push, then yes he might go, but it would be for a hefty price. Dont be surprised to see a team that has trouble scoring pick him up. Vancouver, LA, San Jose all teams that dont score a lot but are already sound defensively. Also dont be surprised if the leafs actually pick up a number once centre if one becomes available. this trade would involve trading at least 2 of Toronto's better players away for it. Maybe even 3. Perhaps the only untouchable at this point is JVR. the guys contract is way way way too good to get rid of him. If you are a kessel hater, read this article by my buddy http://faceoffcircle.ca/2015/01/17/time-trade-steven-stamkos/

i use it constantly, the only dowfall is that when the wind is really ripping, the head can get over twisted when it is constantly trying to make corrections. I love it though when I am cruising close to reefs or shoreline. Ill be tossing baits out and get a hit or a miss, hit the anchor button and boom im right back on the fish

it would be interesting to know if acclimatization would have an effect on this. There is 100% proof in the fact that altitude has a multitude of effects on the human body. My concern would be that after a months time the effects that you feel at first subside once your body has acclimatized. In march i spent a week in Jasper AB and spent the week splitboarding (climbing mountains on ski's with skins) with my cousin who lives there. The effects that i experienced on my respiratory system were astonishing. I can only imagine the changes that were occuring in my body over the week that i spent. I trained extremely hard at sea level at the gym 6 days a week leading up to the trip for 3 months straight, and was quickly humbled when climbing at 10,000+ft in the opposite perspective, upon my return to sea level i went to the gym and easily put up a personal best time on the same treadmill i had been training on 2 weeks prior. The problem was that the super human abilities I had attained from exercising at extreme altitude completely subsided after a weeks time re-acclimatizing. I would worry that you may experience the same thing. I would really hope to spend an extended amount of time in a location before moving to ensure the effects are lasting.

old fish, old flavour...mutton tastes like garbage in comparison to fresh lamb as well. If you think otherwise you are probably some crazy old english guy that grew up in a coal mine. -
the leafs literally require another 10 game winning streak to even have a chance at getting a wildcard spot...safe to say there will be no playoff hockey in Toronto this year.
-
did we take away their most lethal weapon though. Have we stunted what comes naturally to some of our offensive guys? I guess time will tell...hopefully its just a cold streak and not mental change that has hindered their abilities for good.

Word around Ontario is that since the ban of DDT, they have began to make a recovery. There are natural Bald Eagles nesting in the Hamilton Botanical Gardens. The government actually closed part of the park to ensure that they were not disturbed while nesting. I personally saw 2 bald eagles on seperate occaisions in the Parry Sound area for the first time in 16 years just this fall. I am sure others would attest that yes Bald Eagles have been in this area a while, but speaking with my parents sightings are becoming more abundant. My hope is that with their return, they put pressure on the booming comorand population, from what i could see the one bald eagle that decided to land on a small reef out in the middle of a bay sure pissed off the resident comorands but also had them scrambling the heck out of there.

Thin Waterproof Gloves - Existence unknown
AKRISONER replied to AKRISONER's topic in General Discussion
As an update, I have now tried two different "waterproof gloves" to no avail. The sealskinz gloves were not waterproof and slowly let water seep in over time, no good if you are sticking your hand in an ice hole. I also just last night picked up a promising pair of Castelli Deluvio gloves from Mec which also claim to be a thin neoprene waterproof glove. Sure enough they leaked as well... The hunt continues. I am still waiting on a review of the Skeena gloves, they seem to be the only one left! -
i date a blonde, who likes fishing...i guess i win

popularity contest as always. Big american populations have the harder pull, not to talk basketball in here, but kyle lowry isnt on the all star team either and hes the number one point guard in the east at the moment. Somehow dwayne wade is #1 and hes not even that good this year. Dont look too deep into it. He plays in montreal, americans dont care.
