  1. Well I spent 2 mornings on ATV north of Barrie and even stopping in a couple places for a sip of coffee, maybe 3-4 blackflies and not biting, no mosquitos either. Finally found some ramps too, chopped up leaves, stems and bulb and into the salad, quite tasty.
  2. The only good thing I can think of is the heat normally kills off the blackflies. The bad thing, the heat and rain will hatch the mosquitos.
  3. Can't say I ever have although I've seen some where the brass meets the rubber split away, maybe hit something before storage. You can get all metal ones.https://www.etrailer.com/search/Metal+Valve+Stems
  4. And full of made in junkistan.
  5. Yup, '99 in Barrie at some persons house. I should try to get a new one, some of the writing is getting pretty faded.
  6. No peppers, brussel sprouts, or turnips. None of that crazy batcrap. The worst I saw was some woman in china flipping the lids off the sewers and scooping waste fat and oil out of the sewers to be reused, along with a healthy dose of floating turds and whatever else comes up. I used to like the odd chinese meal of sweet and sour chicken balls and rice. Unfortunately that isn't happening any more.
  7. We can leave this open to interpretation...
  8. After reading the above, I started with a 10x17P 3 blade on a F40 tiller Yamaha/16' Princecraft. Couldn't get it above 4800rpm. Down to an 11 1/8 x 13P and got to about 5300rpm, dropped it to 10 5/8 x 12P, now it will get to 58-5900 rpm without any struggle. These are aluminum OEM.
  9. Personally no and wouldn't after watching a couple reviews. It appears you have to add a large amount to get the water to be "mixed" with the gas and I sure as heck wouldn't be putting that through any fuel injected system. It really shows close to the end of the video how much of the water still remains at the bottom. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7l9mU9IqMdE
  10. Maybe the know where the rocks are and can walk on water.
  11. Wouldn't surprise me either. Last time I ordered from Garden Gallery, pick your stuff on line, pick your pick up time on line and show up, pretty efficient. Who knows how long you have to wait outside because people are using it as "an outing" and can't get their suff together and wander around aimlessly. WB was right, HD was another clusterfuddle inside, fortunately I knew exactly where the rechargeable drill battery was I needed, in and out of the store in about 3 minutes. I wonder how many po'ed people there will be with resident only boat launching.
  12. Yup, Home Depot parking lot full, Garden Gallery, lined up out the door across the parking lot. Nuts, not standing in the rain umbrella or not.
  13. As long as he's doesn't try cutting granite. Some equipment users either don't know how or don't give a **#@*, it's not their kit. If you go that route, make the effort to show the person the nasty spots.
  14. Always another option. https://www.irobot.com/terra
  15. I find that salt and vinegar ones work best for my taste.
  16. Potato chips all crushed up, egg dip then into crushed potato chips and into the oil.
  17. Art, what I said about trail riding in the forests is not an opinion. County forests are private property and they are the ones that regulate them to allow or disallow certain activities. At that time, certain activities such as walking in accordance with required distancing was allowed. Hunting for turkey in certain forest plots was also ok.
  18. https://www.ontario.ca/page/fishing has all the regulations that are useful.
  19. No, trail riding wasn't forbidden due to Covid, the county keeps the forests closed to riding until things dry up to prevent damage. Get the story straight.
  20. I'm still busting a gut over that one, Beth won't be angry, she'll laugh a while over that.
  21. The only thing that makes sense to me is that something is loose and causing it to run extremely lean, and that's not good.
  22. I think Innisfil is the synonym of Keswick for the west side of Cooks Bay.
  23. Now you know how many lunatics are running the asylums.
  24. Well I guess I'll have to leave at midnight now.
