just like cookslav said,i seperated my shoulder a few years back ,and man did that hurt ,anyway i went for weekly ultrasound treatments on it and it went real deep into the muscles and heated them up real warm almost so it was very hot, and it helped even more than the excercises and rubbing therapy,so its just another way in which it can be used,other than to look at an unborn child,hope it helps for your project paper....cheers and good-luck

yes i have had pretty good success for bows at night usually early in the morn.. .like from about 3am till daybreak....then i leave before the crowds come STOMPING DOWN THE BANKS.....they can get quite lively just before the first hint of daylight....big juicy roe bags or a lively red wiggler will often do the trick....give it a try....cheers good luck

hi everyone well we have not been on the board for over a week as we had a family emergency,...well i think we are just about through the wosrt. ..so now i have to get my boat out this weekend and get things ready for salmon fishing around the welland canal....well except one small thing......WE ARE NOW ON STRIKE.. ..AGAINST THE DURHAM DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD WE WERE TOLD BY OUR UNION BOSS SID RYAN THAT WE WALK ON TUESDAY NIGHT AT MIDNIGHT....WELL WE DID SO NOW WE ARE OFF TO PICKET INDIVIDUAL HIGHT SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT DURHAM REGION AND GO FROM THERE,TODAY WE HELD A RALLY AT QUEENS PARK FOR THE BUGET THAT WAS HANDED OUT TODAY FOR EDUCATION MONEY....WELL THIS IS SURE GOING TO PUT A DAMPER ON THE START TO MY FISHING SEASON,.....well what can you do,so i hope that the strike wont last for long and we all get back to work real soon......cheers everyone...

well thats to bad you got skunked all winter,where were you fishing all those times,you might have to go over your stratagies,and do a new game plan.. ..were you going real early in the morning,and of course staying for the late afternoon & after dark bite,that can be the best 20mins of the day,sometimes after sundown ya can get em real good .. ..sometimes we will get walleyes 3hrs,after dark and hit 3-4 fish in a half hour,let us know what you were doing and maybe we can help you out a little,....cheers dont give-up

wow....gotta love those early fishing pics,i saw one where they had about 30 muskies they caught while dragging a net through their spawning areas in wisconsin around the 1920's they had no clue back then about conservation or letting the fish spawn ...oh well im glad thats not the case anymore...cheers

yes i got a warning about those pics as well.. ...it must have felt nice to get out in the boat...i cant wait im going crazy ,i need to get my boat out real soon,it sure looked nice out on the river,and was prob fun dodging the icebergs....cheers

you might have to drive up to haliburton,or the muskokas,they do have fly-outs in those areas,but i dont know about around the GTA, thats a cool b-day presant ....cheers

good for you getting that nice whitefish, but sorry to hear about your ice fishing gear.. ..i dont think the odds are very good on getting the stuff back,but ya never know....good luck
