Hide'n Out in Haliburton, ice hole report

I finally had the time to hit some different lakes, so that's what my Dad and I did.

 

Tough guys lip their Lakers.

Nobody lips a pickerel.Pretty sure we'll hit this lake again.Back on Gull, we could see a critter running on the ice. The otter would get some speed, then playfully slide on his belly. When I got too close it showed me how fast it can actually go, jack rabbit fast. I don't know how it knew there was a spot with open water after travelling 500m on the ice.
