tb4me Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 As a leaf fan we have enough time loosing that we can complain about. I ain't going to complain when we win. Go Dion. Darn right..Go Leafs Go! Dion has been huge so far this year..Must be contract year...lol
danc Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 Wow James Reimer now leads the NHL in save percentage with a.947 Atta boy Where are all the Bernier fans tonight? Must be out fishing.... I'd be happier with Scrivens still on the bench.
Steve Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 oh i was the first to say good job reimer! i have no issue with that
lookinforwalleye Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 Wow James Reimer now leads the NHL in save percentage with a.947 Atta boy I call bull on that most of the rubber comes from zero scoring chance zones..... :rofl2:
solopaddler Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 I call bull on that most of the rubber comes from zero scoring chance zones..... :rofl2: Agreed, and exactly why the consistently high shot totals aren't much of a concern.
kickingfrog Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 Most stats, if looked at in isolation, can be misleading. Or twisted to make just about any argument.
tb4me Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 Most stats, if looked at in isolation, can be misleading. Or twisted to make just about any argument. Except for the fact that he leads both Scrivens and Rask in save percentages.. top 3 either are or were leafs..love that stat too.
tb4me Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 I call bull on that most of the rubber comes from zero scoring chance zones..... :rofl2: Id agree 100% with ya on that but the % leader is the % leader..No matter where the shots come from..The point about being a team that forces the puck to the outside is so your goalie can see the puck and stop it with ease, hence the League leader in save %
DRIFTER_016 Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 WOOHOO!!!!! SENS LOSE!!!!! SENS LOSE!!!!!!! Way to go Carolina!!!! Silly SENS, Wins are for LEAFS!!!!!!
lookinforwalleye Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 Havn't heard much from that Sens guy lately.
Richie Razor Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 The Senoritas are on a permanent Siesta so it seems. I actually totally forgot that they even existed.
Steve Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 he's looking for forums with fans of the four teams below the Sens in our conference to chirp.
muskymatt Posted November 25, 2013 Author Report Posted November 25, 2013 Meh! Ya the Sens are sucking lately (minus the wins against Boston and Detroit), the positive side is they would have to suck for another 47 years to be anywhere as bad as the laffs. Lots of season left!
lookinforwalleye Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 No new material I see....welcome back.
kickingfrog Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 So today Stamcos walks into his press conference without crutches or a cast. Check him for tiger blood.

dave524 Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 Thats insane..His bone hasnt fused properly yet, one wrong move and he is done. I wonder why he would take such risks Probably got a rod and screws in there, Dad broke a hip years ago and they had him up right way .
tb4me Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 Probably got a rod and screws in there, Dad broke a hip years ago and they had him up right way . Oh ya for sure but being the tibia (sp) bone that beast takes all the body's weight one would think he would have to wait for the bone to fuse.. I hear they are using an air cast and a zero gravity treadmill . from what i understand is they have a plastic tube around the treadmill completely sealed off to his hips.. then they fill the chamber with oxygen. He can then run from anywhere from 10 to 100% body weight..Very cool indeed!
