OFN Observations

Headhunter

Recommended Posts

I have noticed, especially while I was working my way through my lurking stage, the following:

-someone will inquire as to how to fix an aluminum boat

-someone will ask what is the best reel for...

-a spot is not just the name of your dog

-the amount of beer consumed by OFC'ers could probably float many boats

-there are way to many Hab fans here!

-a white bucket is a terrible thing to waste

-smiling while holding your catch is highly over rated

-"crappie" is not just how we feel the morning after a GTG

Feel free to carry on!

HH

I've noticed:

- We're mostly exempt from debates over which World Record Organization is credible, thank goodness.

- Someone will recognize that spot.

- someone will recognize that spot, even with a blurred background.

- someone will object to you talking about that spot, but when you do, the reports here are better than a lot of stuff you see in magazines.

- the gang here know a lot about how to find a good deal on a boat, or anything else, for that matter.

- There are enough pros on this board to fill a tournament

- TJ seems to lead some kind of charmed life :thumbsup_anim:

- It actually is something of a community

- that you should not drink and BBQ

- dwarfs are lovable

- tutu's are underrated

- someone will ask your profession at least once a year

- someone will ask to have a fishing only forum twice a year

4 times a year someone will request a sub section for nonfishing topics like this one

once a year one member will go away for 6 months and still have more posts then anyone else

oh and once every 15 years someone makes it so everyone can see their own C Drive on this web page it freaks people out.........only a few have been here long enough to remember that one

and where else but OFC is there the NAME that can't be said, typed or whispered, for fear he will return

Musky Burgers aren't as popular as they used to be

There are no fish in Lake Simcoe

Lew Oclock just doesnt seem the same now that Lew's in the boonies

Dawgless days arent nearly as interesting as they used to be

There is only one place in Ontario to catch HUMUNGULOUS Catfish ... and without giving away the secret ... cough ... cough Dunville ... cough ... cough

If you havent fished with Lloyd ... you havent seen real-man Pickerel

If you havent fished with DANC you havent seen beaudacious Brookies ...

If you havent fished with Scott ... sorry .. IF YOU HAVENT FISHED WITH CC ... you havent seen chrome ....

If you havent fished with Lew ... well ... the lets just say the musky are safe
