Headhunter Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 I have noticed, especially while I was working my way through my lurking stage, the following: -someone will inquire as to how to fix an aluminum boat -someone will ask what is the best reel for... -a spot is not just the name of your dog -the amount of beer consumed by OFC'ers could probably float many boats -there are way to many Hab fans here! -a white bucket is a terrible thing to waste -smiling while holding your catch is highly over rated -"crappie" is not just how we feel the morning after a GTG Feel free to carry on! HH
fishnsled Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 -that it's always "time" somewhere ! It's not just a fishing site. Anything goes, well at least until it gets locked down.
bigugli Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 There's a lot of folks out there that need a breathalyzer hooked up to their keyboard
Headhunter Posted April 16, 2010 Author Report Posted April 16, 2010 Doh! I can't believe I forgot that one Wayne! Any time, is a good time! HH
backbay Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 I've noticed: - We're mostly exempt from debates over which World Record Organization is credible, thank goodness. - Someone will recognize that spot. - someone will recognize that spot, even with a blurred background. - someone will object to you talking about that spot, but when you do, the reports here are better than a lot of stuff you see in magazines. - the gang here know a lot about how to find a good deal on a boat, or anything else, for that matter. - There are enough pros on this board to fill a tournament - TJ seems to lead some kind of charmed life - It actually is something of a community
Joey Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 - that you should not drink and BBQ - dwarfs are lovable - tutu's are underrated - someone will ask your profession at least once a year - someone will ask to have a fishing only forum twice a year
OhioFisherman Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 Drink and BBQ? Perhaps I missed that tale?
Mykester Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 I might get flamed but I've noticed this: -Too many trolls -Too many old people -The young people are nerds
kickingfrog Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 My wife will never understand what I "see" in this place... but she's ok with that. She's a keeper for sure.
Joey Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 Drink and BBQ? Perhaps I missed that tale? An oldie but a goodie. I think Rick tells the story best.
Roy Posted April 16, 2010 Report Posted April 16, 2010 An oldie but a goodie. I think Rick tells the story best. And JP sustained the most injuries.
