DRIFTER_016 Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 When I'm on the road I'm usually listening to my Sirius satellite radio. Channels 21 or 22. Or my cd player is most likely loaded with Green Day disks.

Tybo Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 When I drive in my car,I stay in my lane. One thing I notice from hard bands from the 80,s and early 90's. Tool,The Offspring and Green Day. Is once they got married and had kids. Is there music turn more girlish and wimpy.
Sinker Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 Some great tunes here...throw in some Teenage Head (old school Canadiana), Violent Femmes, Old Tragically Hip and Lynyrd Skynyrd!!!!!!!! I can listen to those tunes all day long. Throw in some Neil Young, and we're rockin! S.

redneck666 Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 Not sure about you folks, but I put quite a few km's on the highway each fishing trip, and we always have some tunes. I'm just curious what everybody likes to listen to when they are headed to and from their hotspots. My buds and listen to all kinds of rock and roll music but the most consistent over the last 6 months or so has been live allman brothers tracks. Usually we are listening to "One Way Out" just as we leave town! country all the way! i dont have particular tracks but i cant stand the ballads. one of my favs. is "southern voice by tim mcGraw" a few others are "these are my people by rodney atkins", "toes in the water, ass in the sand by zac brown band" and these two arent country but haha i listen to em' "cha ching by hedley" and "aces high by iron maiden" JP
rapala14 Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 Rock n roll, country, metal/80's hair music all have a place in my cd player when headin to the lake. For all you boys that have the ol' lady raggin on ya for goin out fishin you gotta have "Brad Pailsey - I'm gonna miss her" playin!
Kinger Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 I love Chicago, Cannibal Corpse, Suicide Silence, grade and pretty much any good eclectic rock while cruising the highways.
