JohnF Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Man, I have run out of positive adjectives for your posts. "Soso" (same old same old) isn't always an insult. JF

Just for Sinker's sake (and yours) I had planned on inventing some new and bizarre poses. Didn't do it this time, the creative juices just weren't flowing. So what would you have me do?

MJL Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Just for Sinker's sake (and yours) I had planned on inventing some new and bizarre poses. Didn't do it this time, the creative juices just weren't flowing. So what would you have me do? You could try doing the polar bear club thing and strip down into a speedo while balancing your rod on your neck and holding the fish...Surely the cold water on bare skin will bring out your inner creative juices.
solopaddler Posted March 17, 2009 Author Report Posted March 17, 2009 ya probably couldn't becasue your ams where too sore from catching all those fish That would've been a perfect excuse but no I was just lazy.
bigugli Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Quite the successful daytrip. Some fantistic looking fish.

solopaddler Posted March 17, 2009 Author Report Posted March 17, 2009 You would be more photogenic if you were a girl, that would really help. Once again keep trying. (Sorry if I just squashed your fantasy Doug)
Leecher Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Ummmm...no, keep thinkin'! Here's one for you Mike.... The one harm extension pose, Like this one but wouldn't want you to harm your arm on those heavy steel you catch or may be a close up like this one and that's just a suggestion
solopaddler Posted March 17, 2009 Author Report Posted March 17, 2009 Here's one for you Mike.... The one harm extension pose, Like this one but wouldn't want you to harm your arm on those heavy steel you catch or may be a close up like this one and that's just a suggestion Ah yes the old one arm (also known as the Izumi special LOL!). Good one bud, (at least I wouldn't be in a speedo or a woman ), but fellow steelhead anglers frown on the gill hold. I do like the 2nd one though I think I'll give it a shot.
Sinker Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 I see you still haven't found any new poses. I was going to say at least there are less pics of the "pose"! Great report though, as always. Sinker
Paulus Posted March 17, 2009 Report Posted March 17, 2009 Mike, you kept me waiting but you didn't disappoint. With all those little shakers, it almost looks like a fish fry was in order. Ah, the streamside fishfry... yum! I have a pose for you to try... p.-
