  1. Where's the camera when you need it, that's super funny.
  2. Sometimes a new wife works better..and cheaper..
  3. That is excellent!
  4. Ya, that's been around, but the one coming up the hill should have his head examined, one of rules of not passing. He should get a daily beating.
  5. I can see it being a bit of a hassle if you're downrigging, kinda hard to dance around with the top up. So far i've held off with a bimini, I use a big old golf umbrella on those hot blistering days and it provides a spot to hunker under when the sky decides you need a wash.
  6. Pretty decent prices by the looks of it.
  7. Don't know all the requirements, but I would have thought that "newer" buildings would have an auto sprinkler, especially when unattended.
  8. Well you would need an adapter to go from the gearbox shaft (probably 3/4 or 7/8) to whatever size the shaft is on your armstrong auger. That's not hard to make. Then you might have to be gentle, I think my gas auger shaft and flite is a bit more robust. You just might turn your auger into spagetti with the extra motor torque.
  9. Check the picture, the writings upside down, but for safety sake don't stand on your head, turn the monitor upside down..
  10. Kinda wonder where all that dirt went...down the river and out to sea I guess.
  11. I've got a free standing 440 sqft garage on slab. The walls are 2x4 insulated with batts, vapour barrier and 3/8 spruce sheeting inside. The roof trusses have vapour barrier and 6+ inches of batts up there. Between each truss on the soffits there is a moore vent. The garage door is about 1 3/4 foam insulation. No windows, only a man door. I have a Cozy brand gas, direct vent wall heater, costs me about $100 per winter(dec to april) and I have the thermostat set at +7.
  12. X2, it's a device to indicate your vehicle is disabled, if your still driving, you're not disabled. But then again some people don't read the rules and make up their own interpretations as they go.
  13. It should be there, some install them but cheap out an don't install the power cord, check the frost plugs.
  14. Postholes..
  15. My freakin plastic butter knife is sharper than that rusted piece of foreign slag iron. Pay attention, get the Made in Sweden blades, keep the cover on when not drilling, just like when you keep russell the muscle in your pants during idle times. Protect with oil/grease during off season and never bang it on the ice to get stuff off. Do you do that to russell?
  16. Looked at their prices, I want to rent a spot not buy it. Out to lunch.
  17. I'll agree on this one. One of the guys from work stayed there until last year when he moved further north, he liked the place.
  18. Then I guess I can't grumble, $176 for the last 2 months on NG for furnace, hot water, dryer and back yard garage. We had the exterior of the house resided with an extra 1 inch foam sheet underneath. Added about another 8-10 inches of blown in insulation in the attic too.
  19. MMMmmmm blutwurst, 1/2 inch thick slices gently fried in butter and onions on Rudolphs toasted rye bread with some real euro mustard. I guess a trip to Hoffmans in Stayner is coming up.
  20. This ones a month old and hasn't the time to answer.
  21. Why don't you go with PAR 20 LED, they rarely burn out. For the money you're blowing on the halogen ones that don't last, it may come out a lot cheaper. http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-Non-Dimmable-PAR20-E27-3-3W-9W-LED-Spotlight-lamp-WARM-White-bulb-/111249176545
  22. Oh don't get me going on that bull granola, I don't know how many times I've gotten to the corner of Tiffin and Essa to see the fuzz at the corner doing TC, sorry can't go to the boat launch. Why don't they run up the middle of Bayfield St or down the 400 on Monday morning.
  23. Pretty soon you'll have to pay to park in your own driveway.
  24. The way my MIL explained it to me, Cipates is more of a Q City/Montreal thing, something like small meat pies. Tourtiere with the cubed meat is more of a Saguenay Lac St Jean thing. Besides that, they're both good.
  25. I can email you some, but for some reason the taste just isn't the same..
