You actually buy your air time(at whatever you can negociate), it's getting the $ to do so in this industry that is tough. Good on them for getting it to the first step, not easy. As for the show, haven't seen it yet, will give it a look.

Wouldn't mind finding out where to find some episodes as well. I remember watching it with my Dad followed by the show "Wok with Yan" that guy made me laugh. As for the Izumi production company moving over to Pure Fishing, it's all business and business relationships. I think this is a great move for both companies personally.

Sorry, I do not mean to sway the direction of this thread and turn it about fizzing. However, if you are planning on fishing deep often, you may want to look into it. Short on time to write about fizzing now, but a search will pull up lots of good info including how to and pro/cons. Not my intent again, sorry.

Ok, I get it now after seeing the pic..... I know the exact type of guy! Not much you can do. They were livid because they felt you had the whole lake to fish. So he screwed ya.

A good guide service on Quinte is usually on the move following the big fish and is as knowledgable on the safe ice as one can be. This is why you hardly ever see a TV show host out there alone! If you combine the above and the upredictable ice thi is why you do not see bungalows on Quinte. The guys I used to refer all my clients to stopped guiding on the ice, but there are a few good ones in that listing provided above.

TV is dying anyways. Global only has a News show becasue it is cheap Canadian content. In 10 yrs or so it will all be on demand and via internet. A web based showed may not seem like the best way to go right now, but it is the way of the future IMO. When I started the business plan for FishFinder TV in '06 (some may recall talk of it here), it started and has remained all web based.
