  3. Thought I would refine my blood worm since I got me a new UV light. I like the way it turned out. New UV sure is nice and fast curing . I may though, have an issue with it . When I put the battery in the charger, the red light keeps flashing as if I have it in wrong, but I do not. Sent an email to Solarez to see whats up. This thing aint cheap, but worth it so far . I made 24 of these. If anyone is interested in buying, I am selling 3 for $6 plus the cost of a stamped envelope.

  4. Well, its not as if you have to stand there and watch it! It's a set it and forget it thing. Also, Brisket is as you know a very tough meat and it takes that amount of time to break down all the collagen in the meat. BTW - typical time in the drink is usually less, just depends on what you are cooking. HH

  5. As far as I know there is no good way to salvage freezer burned foods but if you vac seal things before freezing them you won't have a problem with freezer burn. I have packages of fish in my freezer from last winter and they are just as good now as the day they were caught. I often do things like smoked salmon or trout then vac seal and freeze it, occasionally I have found a package that has been shuffled to the bottom of the freezer and been there for many months, never a problem. That looks like a real kick ass bbq/smoker/do just about anything unit but I personally wouldn't spend the money on it unless you are really serious about smoking one heck of a lot of stuff. I have my little chief smoker and it does just about anything I want but each to their own.

  6. A reply on a Sunday afternoon ? That is very cool. Technical Questions <[email protected]> 4:54 PM (13 minutes ago) to me Hi Brian, Yes, blinking red means charging. It takes up to 8 hours on a first charge. When the light turns green it’s ready

  7. Hi all, My buddy and I headed out to break trail to our nearby favourite walleye lake, after an hour of breaking trail and checking ice conditions we got to one of our spots and spent another hour staring down the holes. Once the sun hit the treeline we had a short 20 minute flurry of action, iced 6 walleye but 4 were tiny and went back, I came home with my catch, one just under 18" and one just under 22". Fun afternoon.

  9. Honestly you are better off posting your stuff on FB marketplace and joining some buy and sell fishing groups. The amount of time, effort and luck it takes to grow an instagram these days wouldn't be worth it. FB you can be up, running and selling quite quickly.

  14. A couple months ago I went to a Ski Doo dealer looking for a new fishing sled. He said maybe I could get one next year if I order soon. Dealers are returning deposits from orders taken last spring due to inability to deliver. Makes the price of a used sled go up I have a Yamaha with 28,000 km on it. It was worth maybe 2 k 2years ago. Now I think I could get 6k But I'm not selling because then I wouldn't be fishing this year. Good luck. Anything I see for sale right now is pretty much junk. And I kinda need a new track but can't find one

  21. Adjusting the new trailer for your boat is another engineering feat. Once boat is on the trailer and adjustments needed lower tongue jack completely then crib back of boat. Raise tongue jack. Taking boat off rails make adjustments and lower boat back on trailer.
