  1. John, both flavours of "Doodles" have been bred over-extensively in Canada and the US. They were so popular when introduced that ethics and responsible breeding have since gone out of the window, at least with a lot of so called breeders. I have many friends who have Lab and Golden Retriever doodles and spend huge amounts of money on them. Not only purchase price but subsequent vet bills. Many have developed forms of cancers, skeletal and other diseases. Others have been difficult and in some cases almost impossible to train. The odd one overly aggressive. Do yourself and a resident a favour, visit an animal shelter and choose a friend who needs you as much as you need them. John

  23. Glad you and Sue are in your new home. Just a heads up that most agents and their seller clients are asking for much larger deposits than they were 20 years ago. $25,000 to $50,000 on homes in the mid to high 6 figures. Unfortunately hiccups do happen on closing (mostly agents and bankers faults) and I have found a little patience and a few scotches works wonders..
  24. With all due respect I wouldn't recommend that anyone service calipers unless they know exactly what they are doing...
  25. We get one or two a week Dan. Pads installed wrong way, no lubrication....
