Do as turtle mentioned, he is right on the money, my parents lived in the same house in Woodbridge for 68 years along the Humber, The fiddle heads grew in the back yard under the spruce trees treat every spring, as a kid used to get them from my dads old homestead across the road , his parents had the home which dates late 1800s, used to get them there but subdivisions tokk care of that in later years

illegal ad for orillia perch derby
mr blizzard replied to fishinmortician's topic in General Discussion
x3 sounds like they were couch potatoes just wanting to try to enter for a prize -
Like the others have said it could be frayed cables We had to replace the cables on our old glastron a few years ago After the cables were replaced along with a new motor our steering became stiff on Sparrow Lake while trying to go to Glouster Pool. The mechanic forgot to grease the steering column, I took the shaft of the steering wheel apart, greased it been fine ever since, I do this every 3 years.

anybody use old motor oil for their chainsaw bar oil? NF
mr blizzard replied to chris.brock's topic in General Discussion
Agree 100 percent, for the amount of a chain saw replacement or even a guide bar and chain why comprimise on the integrity of the oil. -
One of the Boston bombers shot dead !!! NF
mr blizzard replied to fishindevil's topic in General Discussion
Thanks Lew my sediments exactly, and I dare say if the police had of come across something illegal while searching various homes, I think that would have been the least of their concerns, being at risk of being shot up or blown up was probably more previlent on their minds. -
Just watching the news Huntsville and Bracebridge encountering some flooding as well, have had lots of rain by the sounds of it.

Nice to hear a good news story, glad it work out for you.

Just watching the news, they say it might have been, and I stress only might have been a reaction to water from the fire hoses warming the material and turning them into vapours as opposed to using foam. Terrible tragedy, prayers go out to all involved. Makes you realize the importance of making the most of every day and appreciating your loved ones. Every day is a gift.

Insane... Bad day to be a marathon runner... Possible bombing
mr blizzard replied to Gerritt's topic in General Discussion
We all know what these cowards deserve and I am sure they will get it, apparently they do have a couple of people of interest already, continued prayers need to go out to all of those affected, the authorities will take care of the rest. -
TJ I will pm you with my mailing address no trees to tap up here and like misfish said it has been a truly interesting thread, most enjoyable, miss seeing those central Ontario sugar shacks.

I never meant for a second that the enviornment should be compromised to fast track a pipeline. The enviornmental issues have to be at the top of the agenda and I am not in agreement with how the gov't is dealing with the issue . They have to be alot more accountable to the public and have more input from the citizens of this country before making decisions. If it happens there would need to be some sort of outside agency to monitor the program to make sure no short cuts are being taken, but at the end of the day we will still need the resources, done in a safe manner.
