  1. Send it to Bay Distributors in North Bay Matt. 119 Progress Court, North Bay, Ontario Canada Mailing Address: PO Box 70, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 8G8
  2. Nice! Had a nice size Doe and her Fawn great me this morning at the hangar door.
  3. I'm landing airplane floats at up to 80 mph.. bottom skins .032 ! I think most .063 / .090 boat hulls are that thick for rock finding missions!
  4. That's the sad part Dunner... they can cold call you until you're blue in the face just because you have their Ccard.. deal with said bank, etc and they have no legal reason to remove you from their call list.
  5. A Lynx can be a pretty big cat.. .and sits down exactly like the one in the video.
  6. Hmmm... it takes 5 QUALITY aircraft Avex blind rivets (and probably 10 of the crap you get at CTC) to equal the strength of 3 solids, I'll give that some thought. Fine to use when you can't get at the other side to form the shop head, but on a tinny there's no excuse to do it half ass. Welding a crack just reduces the original panel to half it's strength, unless you have a way of heat treating.
  7. Video is so blurry all I can see is darkness between it's hind quarters leading you to believe it's a tail. Probably big old momma lynx, but who knows.. I know there are definite confirmed cougar sightings in Temagami. It's not much bigger than the lynx that sat down beside Leah and I a few years back while in the hot tub on our island.
  8. I miss my Bravo!
  9. Skip the nonsense fixes and just do it right. Reset the rivets and look for any obvious cracks or gaps in seams. I took a 1958 x 12' Reynolds that leaked 3" per day to absolutely dry with 2 hours of work. As Fisherman points out 3m5200 is a good product but will also break your piggybank if you need any quantity at $20 per squeeze tube @ CTC. Basically an equal product, and only $7 per caulking tube, you will find Sikaflex Construction Sealant at Rona. Not quite the Sikaflex 1A I use to build floats but darn close and it seems to work just fine. Find the leaking area, scotchbrite clean, acetone wipe and then apply the Sikaflex.
  10. Great that you can type about it Rob... I've seen it not turn out so well to others. Leah and I had our own close call on Wednesday night... heard a loud snap and it felt like we ran over something about 10 miles from home after a trip to Guelph. It was rear axle wheel bearing failure with nothing holding the axle in but the brake caliper. Smoking so bad when I drove it across town to Ford one of the mechanics ran to the truck with a fire extinguisher. I yelled "NO, Let it Burn !" https://www.facebook.com/wayne.oshea.3/videos/923700191048459/?l=4207070615229693284
  11. Hey, if you just had of told me you were going I could have spent 2 days trying to kill myself getting there... slept on an airport floor.. fished for 7 hours and then flew all the way back home again. Oh I did that once.. once was enough! Some great fishes there Bunk, I do truly hope to get on that fishery again with you and our good friend Dan.
  12. Nice fish Mike! Hoping I can get enough accomplished around here shortly, so that I can get my boat wet for the first time in 13 months.
  13. Well put John. I thought they were just for carving pumpkins, which is a novel way of teaching an entire family how to carve just a bit more off the eye. Absolutely a senseless tragedy at another school by what is probably another Youtube brain washed sole.
  14. Because you left or ate food in it... maybe she's next...
  15. Nick.. bugger off ! Since I have a total of 4 fishing days in now this summer I'd like to get a month or so of Muskie fishing in before any ice appears anywhere, drink included!
  16. Stock up boys. Motormaster Fuel Stablizer x 1 litre bottle. Only $5.49 vs $15.99 regular price Basically 3 for the price of 1 !

Well sale be over tomorrow, so you snooze.. you lose.

  17. Give it a couple weeks and then buy a chunk of VW shares... As for the emissions, I see VW's clever way no different than GMC pumping air into the exhaust for the past 30 years to dilute the PPM coming out. Similar to sewer plants adding fresh water to their discharge system to bring their output to regulation PPM standards.
  18. Maybe BRP is looking for a PR rep for their Etecs?? Good luck Darrell
  19. I imagine the price has changed in SIX years as well....
  20. Oh the weather looks so delightful, I think we'll go make the fish a bit frightful...

Not sure where that little jinx went, might be on the bottom of Temagami!

  21. There was a couple weed ringed "ponds" that were off, but the long narrow zig zaggy lakes are usually deep folds in the rock. That said, we always catch the brookies in less than 5 feet of water when ice fishing and I don't think the main lake we fish is very deep in the middle.
  22. Why Bill... I thought I was riding along into my Temagami Brookie lakes with the guy. Same shapes, shorelines etc. We now have comments going on two identical threads though...
  23. Cool, MNR does that with a beaver equipped with water bomber floats, dumping them out of the step water locker around Temagami lakes. Sucks when you find an entire year class on the shore at the end of the lake though.
  24. No need, they're not scared of us, we can walk up and grab them by the neck!
  25. Rick would be correct... the 32psi warning is for seating the bead during tire installation. They are then spec'd to be run at 50 psi, although you'll probably find 45 is a better ride for your boat. As for the wear, looks like curb side on the trailer, you sure you're not driving with that tire 1/2 on 1/2 off the pavement most of the time and don't just need to venture out closer to the yellow line?
