coyotes are everywhere here in essex county. a fellow lost his labrador to a late season pack last winter. the windsor star ran an article on cats dis-appearing. i have found cat remains several occasions. they are cyclable . if theres game theres yotes.. mange is the norm. if there,s a problem they need to be controlled. one group 2 years ago shot 234 of them in one winter. my friend a veternarian saw a coyote run by with a cat in its mouth 4 blocks from my house. . if controls needed so be it. .

jackrabbits were nearly wiped out in southern ont. disease. there were maany. now theres very few left.

LEW all are closed west also. for gas take the tilbury exit . pilot gas there. good luck on the musky hunt. its harder to find gas then muskies.

many guys are running there baits on reel short lines. try 15 feet. the big girls are there.. believers and woodies in bright colors will definatly help out. just hope they dont open the dam up in london this weekend.

hi . extend the lip. go to 3 hookks and lose the hair on the rear treble.. that will give you the wobble. hope this helps. ive done a few here and there.

while boards are the best you can get away with options. with a smaller boat try salties. mount 4 on the boat. . 2 salties midship. use 10ft rods and run baits 100 ft back. the other salties mount on transom. run short rods with a 1lb ball and 10-15ft. that way trolling you will avoid tangles.. once again try running shallow running baits and dictate the depth according to lead weights. muskies dont see down.

it was amazing. to see so many put volunteer hours, and monies to promote family fun fishing. we need more of this. . the belle river chapter has been tireless in this fashion. from donations to food banks, goodfellows, kids fishing derbies they have shown what sportsmen and women can do.. with donations and monies raised from club functions its all put back.hats off to all involved. if anyone gets the chance to be involved in this type of deal please do. you WILL fo home feeling good.

hi watch winds. you can trailr anywhere to use winds to your advantage. north east is the worst for belle river. once you get going the lake has master angler species everywhere.. hot spots now are the hump and weedbeds just east in 17-19 ft to the rusvcom river. be prepared to see muskies.

the great part is they all swam away. re-cycling muskies has proven itself. theres more waiting. go get em guys..

that is a pencil plug. ive painted thousands. they are used exclusily handling in detroit and st clair river.. the cedar pencil plugs have the best action. there was a fellow in marine city michigan thar routered them for decades. . now you only normally see plastic ones produced.

large bass. if you use doughballs heres a spot for large carp. go to pillete dock park. fish the very far west corner of the breakwall. theres a sewer outlet there. i have seen many big ones over 30lbs caught there.
