  1. Because somebody has to... You'll have to enlighten me on who else might pick up the slack.
  2. It looks identical in construction and material to the Eskimo QuickFish 3 I got from Costco last year except a bit smaller and blue rather than red.
  3. Although not computer controlled, it will provide a richer mix as it runs out of fuel as the the pump will continue to pump oil until the motor stalls.
  4. Moosy had similar (the same, only different) surgery just yesterday. Here she is in recovery mode: I hope you don't need the collar...
  5. If you didn't go, you're too late. The walleye season closed last night at midnight.
  6. I had an adapter made up at a machine shop last year. It worked alright until the ice got over 12". Once the ice was 20"+, we were lucky to get two holes drilled per battery on an 18V Craftsman drill. I just picked up a gas auger at Costco yesterday...no more worries.
  7. Well Sundin was a centre, back then we needed a winger once Mogilny was gone.
  8. Roy, you're gonna get the RLTA all wound up. There is no winter walleye season on Rice or any other lake in zone 17 except Scugog and Crowe. Just the panfish are open all year.
  9. I would take him to the vet. My last dog started doing just that, at about 12 years. Ended up he had adrenal gland problems which eventually led to his downfall, but there could be many causes which are very treatable. A well trained dog (heck, pretty much every dog) never wants to pee where he or his pack lives if he can at all help it.
  10. Just remember... ...they go from this: ...to this: ...in just a few months.
  11. I think when the clocks jump forward in the spring, and people lose an hour, is the more dangerous time on the road.
  12. I just mentioned in another thread that I was hoping they would have them again this year. I guess they do, may have to pick one up.
  13. I got the Eskimo Quickfish 3 at Costco last year, looks similar to the smaller pop-up in the link for $180. The same hut was priced at Cabelas for $300. It's hard to say from the picture if the Equinox is comaparable to the Eskimo, but I've been more than happy with the hut. They also had a deal on an Eskimo power auger last year for $299. I wish I had grabbed one then, I haven't seen them back in the store since.
  14. ...so not much different than most other cities then...
  15. ...he can't help it...he's a Sens fan...I'd be angry too.
  16. You must be a closet leaf fan...you pay more attention then to your own lousy team. How are the sens doing? Or does anybody care?

    Windy year

I have to agree. Seems like it's been windy all year long. My Minn Kota is seriously underpowered for my boat which makes it all the worse.
  18. When I first got a computer and internet service back in 2001, I had to find something to do with it to justify the expense...
  19. ...Habs fans are staking out which windows to smash and which cars to torch...
  20. The difference being that the Barrie derby is in the fall...
  21. ...by my math, these games count every bit as much as the ones in March...
  22. Are you sure they are separate pumps? Many machines only have one pump and use a diverter valve to send the output to the wash arms or the drain depending on whether it's washing or draining. If the machine is draining during the wash cycle, the diverter may simply have some debris caught, not allowing it to close properly.
  23. ...hand, neck, leg, arm...the list goes on.
  24. Besides his obvious poor fishing habits...Attila has terrible taste in music... ...the second one isn't so bad, music-whise that is...
  25. ...of course not...But is it too much to ask that he make sure nut A is screwed properly on bolt B? Being bored at work is no excuse for a half-arsed job. Find another one.
