I just replaced all of my smoke detectors about a month ago, take a good look at yours, they have expiration dates on them. We had a guy not show up for work one morning, not like him at all, no call no show. The boss called his house, no answer, he called the police. All the cars in the drive, no answer at the door, they forced entry and found them all unconscious, something wrong with the furnace allowed co2 to build up. Lucky the call was made they all recovered.

Ya if the lawyers stay inside because of the cold Cheney may not be able to shoot them!

I saw something on tv, like 30 or 40 years ago corporate executives made 16 times what the average worker made, now it`s 400 times, and who does the work? LOL hard to see with the glow off the gold in your eyes!

I used to summer and winter, nice to see the different types. In the city about all we saw was sparrows starlings robins and pigeons. Had the Hummingbirds here regularly at the feeders, they also like the red handles on the garage door emergency release. Can`t do it too much any more, if I go out in this weather I might feed the buzzards!

A good heavy duty reel suitable for the purposes stated.

I know there was a thread about compact florescent bulbs(cfl), I get most of mine at home depot. They usually have some kind of specials with a 6 pack of 60w or a 4 pack of 100w equivelent bulbs for under 10 bucks(ya I am cheap) Had problems with some of them, put them in and they don`t work for long, turn off and on by themselves if you leave the power on or just stop working in a short period of time. I thought home depot`s return policy was kind of lame, two bulb`s stop working?you have to return all 6 or 4 to get replacements, which in my opinion might defeat the purpose of using them, conserving energy. I mark mine with a b for bad if they stop and was returning them, didn`t want to get into the hassle of "oh you waited too long". The bulbs have a customer service number of them, I called and they(distributor) sent new ones! Just asked for the lot and serial numbers, no hassle took less than a week! LOL Ya I need to fish!

My wife has fished with me in Ontario, New York and Ohio. Not often, needs good weather and prefers a noonish start! LOL waste half the day? Trolling or live bait fishing for her, she has caught Pike Walleye Bass Gar Pike panfish and has my PB beat for Georgian Bay catfish beat by about 10 pounds. It is not a priority for her and she doesn`t feel the need to learn, she lets me handle the guiding job. Kids fish too, but my daughters will put more effort into it than my son. Go figure!

John I have seen that picture before on a web site but can`t remember which one. GB has some big skis, maybe not the numbers of some other waters, but some hawgs swimming there. Seems like every year here somebody fishing for walleye catches a good one here on one of the inland lakes. A numbers thing, more people fishing for walleye than skis, and skis seem to eat everything.

Like Phil says the logo on the hat is Ohio, boat looks like a early bass boat late 60`S early 70`s? Ohio`s record is like 55 pounds. Nice fish though where ever it was caught! Did they eat it? LOL

Roger my buddies last day of open water bass fishing was January 6th, they got into them pretty good, latest they have ever bass fished here.

Lew don`t know how you register trailers up there, you might get the model number off the registration and call the mfg for sizes? Pretty sure the bearing buddy size and the bearing size are different, but it might give them a clue at a parts store. Save a set of the old ones and you will have the info for next time?

LOL Bob, Elliot lake is up there a ways. Even here late March most years and then the fishing is hit and miss. Water is too cold to get much action unless you get lucky and park right over them. Pond fishing gives a better chance the water warms quicker. Don`t think I ever put the boat in, in March. We also have had years when ice was still in launching areas and marinas early in April.

Lew I don`t know for sure, I just take an inner and outer to the parts store, take the seal too, they can match them up there.

LOL Canadian Cold front? Cold here today 27f and dropping warmer by the weekend. Whatever we get now won`t last, spring is next month instead of 4 months!
