Len, to give an example, my neighbors at one time owned a 3 or 4 acre unbuildable lot. They had a small trailer and a storage shed on it. City dwellers that didn`t want to invest in an expensive piece of land for part time use. They went out there on weekends and vacations and had a big garden, something they couldn`t do in the city. A place to relax. Buildable land is much more expensive here. Once they were ready they moved out here full time, but had that place for a lot of years. Security issues may be a concern for some if the lots are scattered. It should be stated in a lease or rental agreement that is out of your control. Probably people looking for that kind of set up you just have to find them. Some grocery stores in cities have free places to list things for sale or rent, you might find something on the web to advertise on? LOL have an e-bay auction?

If you are in Pointe Au Baril there is some good catfishing there. Ya the cats spike them, saw my grandad do that when I was like 6, and he didn`t fish! I had to eat them, but don`t even remember, mixed bag of fish and they were all good!.

Len, I live on the south western side of the suburbs of Cleveland. Sort of the first really rural area in that part. Lots of camp grounds with in 10 or 15 minutes from me, a lot more just a bit farther. I have been to some of them, most, if not all don`t have lots near that size. Not sure what you are trying to do, short term? or long term? A permanent place or people have to remove their campers at certain time of the year. I am also on the fringe of Amish country here. Some of the campgrounds are party parks, some have much more restrictive rules. Some seem to have a high number of retirees and are peaceful places, some a mixed age crowd and more noise. Most here are people that live or work in the Cleveland area and want a quiet or country atmosphere for their free time, away from the concrete jungle.

David, I started using the Storms back in the 70`s my brother turned me on to them as his go to walleye bait on Lake Erie, just not into walleye fishing on Erie but the lure had promise as a bass lure. It did, L/M and S/M like them, a lot of focus here on the finesse bite, lots of pressure. The small size can make a big difference, I also used small shad raps, Storms out produce though. I agree with the bite, some days they don`t seem to care what, as long as you are fishing the right location.

A big change in the one here, 4 days it used to be 10 days and cover two weekends.

What are you trying to accomplish? I have used 2 inch Rapalas in the past for tough bass bites, a match the hatch thing. 8 pound test mono on a medium action spinning rod, boat control can make up for casting distance. I use a snap to connect them to the line no swivel. Light snap size 2. Might be more of an aggravation thing for bass, it`s sitting over their head and just twitching every so often. Doesn`t always work, but sometimes, I am not afraid to leave it sit longer than most people will.

LOL Lew, Storm wee warts, wee steelie warts, fit and finish was average, one in 6 or so was magic. Can`t afford to do that with the pricing on some of the new lures, buy 6? LOL

Lew same here, haven`t used one in years, they used to be near as popular as Flatfish here. Used them and Flatfish in Ontario also. Never got a ski on one that I know of(read lost fish) but pike walleye bass and panfish. I probably still got a couple in the barn.

I am to freaking cheap to by Lucky Craft, caught a lot of fish on Rapala`s though. 7 inch perch or silver was a favorite of mine up north.

I am not finding a phone listing for them in the Cleveland area, they may be gone.

LOL gas prices are up like 25 cents a gallon here the last 2 weeks, they are predicting another 3+ dollar a gallon summer. Refining capacity is an issue, cleaner burning fuels for summer use, increased demand for the summer driving season, and no interest in increasing refining capacity because the increase in alternative fuels. They do seem to have an answer for any situation!

Drove a couple of quick vettes, a 427 65 chevelle, that is way to fast for most humans! If you can spend 40 grand for a car stereo they should take your money away! LOL buy a boat!

e-bay can also be used as a resource to see what you have and to see what they are going for. You can bookmark an auction and see the final selling price. Some empty boxes from old lures go for more than some old lures. I have sold some paper work from old reels(manuals) for 25 -30 bucks. Just depends on who wants it, and how bad!

Fishmaster, first off don`t clean them. Most people don`t do it right and cause damage. I recognize the Creek Chub Pike or Lucky Strike in perch, River Runt at the bottom, possibly a dingbat at upper right, center near the top looks like a couple older rapalas, not sure about the rest. Condition means a lot, so does rarity, pretty sure that is average stuff. If you are going to sell it e-bay is probably your best bet. Just from what I have seen most collectors will low ball you on the price. I was more into reels so I may be off.
