The product I pictured above goes on as a clear liquid then dries and just leaves a slick surface with nothing for any gritty substances to adhere to. Works well for me anyhoo.

I remember a few years back Shaun they had an actual forum where you could talk to other members, plus the fellas that ran the site and if there were any issues, they'd help you right there. Things changed at one point and I've never seen that forums since.

Been using Photobucket for a long time now Drew and find it normally works well so I spose their entitled to the odd problem. For a computer dolt like myself I need things simple and PhotoBucket generally fits that profile for me

This is what I use on my door tracks and hinges and it works well.

Interesting Roy, but I switched to IE and Photobucket said my username and password were incorrect even though they are correct, so I switched back to Chrome and now everything seems to be working normally again. Weird stuff for sure. Perhaps just a temporary glitch with Chrome.

I'm using Chrome Bill, but Roy if your saying there's an issue with Chrome I'll give IE a try and see what happens.

Anyone else having issues with Photobucket ?? I tried to post a picture to FisherPetes page about his trip to the St. Lawrence but something weird is happening. When I first opened Photobucket this morning it was slow to load but eventually it did. I copied the link below the picture as I always do but when I pasted it to my post all that came up is a small white box. You can see it in the last post to Pete's story. After that when I open Photobucket, all I see is the small white square. A quick message flashed at the top of the page saying " A plug in shockwave isn't responding" then disappeared again. Thinking the issue was with my computer I tried using my laptop and the same issue is happening....just the small white square and no pictures appearing. If I right click on the pictures in Photobucket to enlarge them all I see is a big grey box. Any thoughts ??

Interesting how so many governments enact laws and tell us it's to keep us safe and save our lives, but still allow cigarettes to be legal. Wonder if it could have anything to do with the taxes they collect ?? Naw, couldn't be that....could it ?? Nothing more phoney than a politician.

That would be Upper Buck that leads into Pigeon. Edit ....I didn't see your post Dutch.

Yup, just like having a drivers license makes everyone a great driver Roy. LOL

Sorry Adam, I missed your question, but yes, the life jacket that the OPP said was too large for the child was in an American boat and they were in Ontario for a 1 week vacation.

And here's something else where there's a difference. Back in '99 I bought a new Crestliner and the capacity plate said it was rated for 50 HP in Canada and 90 HP in the States. I called CCG and they said Canada didn't think the boat should be rated for 90 HP even though it was designed in the States to carry that much HP

I use TE's for casting but for trolling big baits it's a Tekota 600LC

Happy to hear I was able to help you slime the new boat Ryan.

Winter should start on Christmas Eve and then spring can start on Boxing Day. -
I've got a big 1000 sq. ft. garage plus a 400 sq. ft. loft above it and park my boat & truck in there plus all my tools and everything else. Being out in the country I never bothered to lock the place as there had never been a report of anything ever been stolen on this road before until a neighbor down the road had his ATV stolen last year. I now keep the garage locked every night and leave an outside light on. Sad that we have to live this way but until our courts ever decide that these punks need to be dealt with SEVERELY, we don't have much of a choice I spose.

Years ago my brother knew a guy in Brockville that was killed along with 3 buds when their off shore style racing boat hit some type of structure on the St. Lawrence River doing an estimated 100 MPH in the dark.

Couple nice fish there Pete & Andrew, congrats. Mikes a good guy that knows his way around the Big River.
