i have a pair of big jon tip up elctric riggers from the early 90's and they are awesome ye4s had to replace the counters and a spring once but other than that they will never rust,and they have about a million hrs on them and work flawless,they all will work size and space in your boat might be an issuse as some brands of riggers are alot bigger and if you need space to mount them that could be a something to think about !!!

cliff luke is a nice guy and promised he would be in more places this year as i told him several times about the poaching going on in sturgeon lake !!!! he is very well aware and does a huge area,like i said i see him in omemee looking for turtle poachers so he is a very busy guy with some many places to be its amazing they still get the guys they do !! i was out front of your p[lace on staurday in my boat i waved a few times ??/ remember seeing a guy in a grey lund ???that was me...

for a trip you have planned there are lots better places to fish than pigeon lake !!!! i grew up on the lake and its sure not like it was,do some more homework and maybe add a few hours to your drive and you will do alot better,go to the st lawrance river,and fish for bass and muskies,or to lake erie,or go up to quebec instead !!!

yes the mnr is out looking for turtle poachers right now seen them last friday !!! its a huge problem in the kawartha lakes area where i live !!! its not just all about trout ??/ so many miss informed people ....

its the clowns at the trent severn waterway that have caused this huge problem, the walleyes spawn was a bust again this year,as the water levels on most of the kawarthas,are about a foot below the august water levels,its a joke the ministry is trying to take the waterway management to court as they did not maintain a minimum level for the spawn and for at least 2 weeks afterwards which the mnr has been trying to get them to do for years,its a shame,the whole waterway is run by a clown in an office building in toronto,we didnt get the snow or the rain to keep the lakes up and they let all the water go even before the ice was off the lakes,and the mnr was against this telling them there would not be enough water in the weeks that follow,there is not even enough water in haliburton to draw down to help the lakes,and now they might have to delay the locks opening up cause of extreamely low water,its the lowest its ever been at this time of year !!!!!
