Blake Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 (edited) March 2 is a year that my mom passed away. Many of you know how close I was to her and this week has been a very emotional week filled with tears. Friday the 2nd is going to be very hard for myself and family. If you could just give a quick thought to a great lady, best friend, Nan, wife and mother. She is sadly missed and treasured by all of us. Thanks Blake Edited March 2, 2007 by Blake

aplumma Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 While death removes the body from this earth it grants immortality to the spirit. So celebrate the spirit and it everlasting life. Art
Deano Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 Try not to think of what you lost, but all that you gained. Life is different now that's she's gone, but with her life, yours is blessed.
Pigeontroller Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 Blake, I know what you're feeling, I lost my Dad 3 1/2 years ago...I still miss him everyday, the grief gets easier, but never goes away.
huntervasili Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 of course... Such a person certainly deserves a moment in time to be remembered by all, including those who did not know her... My thoughts are with you, your family and your mother.

Guest mistyriver1 Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 I lost my Mom in 2004 and my Dad in 2005 - both to cancer. I still miss them both; however, it does get easier. I think Express168 said it best above.
