Hot Toddy

Anyone have a good recipe for a hot toddy? Gotta get this chill outta these bones.

Throw three logs in the fireplace.. go to kitchen.. pour rum, then soda of choice into tall glass... return to living room with same and stand in front of the fireplace. Best I can do Jeff !

Hop in the hot tub it seemed to work last year

Steep in small pot of boiled water: cinnamon sticks, lemon peels, fresh squeezed lemon juice & honey. Divide into mugs, add 1 to 2oz Bourbon to each mug before serving.

Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

 

* 1 tblsp Honey

* 3/4 glass Tea

* 2 shots Brandy

* 1 slice Lemon

 

Mixing instructions:

 

Brew tea and fill tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in Brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy.

That was always the beverage of choice when rod standing steelies on the cold wind swept shores of G'Bay in winter, and occasionly the warmer days of fall.

Here's my dad's recipe when he felt a little under the weather....

 

1oz of Dekuyper gin, mix with a table spoon of honey, a few drops of lemon and add boiling water.

 

Once finished, take a Contact C and go to bed
