If he is 68" tall the fish would have to be under a foot shorter than the man. Doesn't look to be the case. Nice fish. I'd still say itd weigh 30lbs, which is 25lbs heavier than my pb big tooth.

Lefroy dock will hold panfish for sure. Use worms instead of minnows. I believe there is a bait shop on site. Good luck.

You went with concrete board on the floor? That's different. It will still have to be scratch coated. I was quite sure about a load rating problem using concrete board horizontally?(Of course that's an assumption based on not knowing your subfloor(s) and joist spacing) Anyways best thing to do is grab a couple of magazines to find out what you want, and start looking for materials. The switch IS the relay. Its def got to be a loose connection. Your gonna have to follow the wiring and find where it came loose.

Was able to do some soft water fishing today in Bluffers Park. Fished from the Rocks, fell in, cut my arm up and lost my favorite red head Magnum.lol. First time swimming in Lake Ontario in years! Those rocks sure are slippy. It felt nice throwing some lures though, totally worth the blood that was spilt. Anyways, I felt a bit like a fool fishing in the common park areas and got no bites at all. Are there spots in the area or am I wasting my time?

Was there today. Reel service was good, just for the two customers in front of me though, as I waited for 15 minutes with the reel I wanted in my hand to no avail. However, I did find them quite polite, as many said "excuse me" as they strolled in front of my "where is that thing I'm looking for" glare. Must of happened three times at least. I wasn't asked to be helped, the whole time. But, I'm not sure there's a better place to get lost in! My eyes must've lit up a few times! Saw the 13" Grandma for the first time lol. Also Kermies are in a sales bin. Our classifieds seem to be the best place to shop for gear

Is shore fishing possible on Lake Ontario in the Toronto Area? I've heard there's Pike and Smallmouth from shore at Bluffers Park. But only in spring?

I've only seen a birds nest on a spinning when a friend "tried fishing" with my spinning reel upside down(on top) didn't realize he had no clue until I actually watched him reeling in. It was pure lolz. OP it def has to be something your doing wrong, I've had the same cheap shimano spining since I was a wee lad (also other gear since, obviously) It might be because I've recently started using a baitcast, but I can't remember the last time any of my spinning gear ever failed. EVER. Maybe work on your Chi, find a new balance. That's how I've worked through learning a baitcaster lol.
