Just received an Okuma Nemesis NS 200lx from a friend($40,righty,Shimano Clarus MH610Rod) I know it's a great deal, he's a friend. This is my first Baitcast setup, I'm liking the left hand retrieve. I cast and troll for Bass and Northerns, and Musky. Question #1 Does anyone or has anyone used this reel before. Question #2 In my case, should I still try to find heavier gear? Question #3 Can I be a man AND use left hand retrieve? Lol Thanks in advance

4.7 Durango here. It hauls ass I bought it after seeing a landscaper friend dump 5.3 ton of backfill out of a trailer no Bull! This engine is serious and reliable. The v6 is under powered (before 2011) and the truck would have to work hard under load to get any speed causing high RPMs(guzzleguzzle) of gas and high stress merging/passing. Do yourself a favour if your buying a recenlty new one, make sure its a desirable model so that iTs still worth something when your done with it. Don't cheap out now and lose a higher percentage on resale. That's sound advice However, the Durango models are quite comfortable and well equiped for towing. The higher end first and second generations have 3 radiators(engine, oil, power steering) and 2 airconditioners, heated leather, perfect size for anying, plus AWD lol I love my truck and for under $15000 used, its a steal. Why do all my posts feel like rants

110% correct. The reason why traffic is so bad is because of all the ignorant drivers in the WRONG lanes. Its a butterfly effect which I see happen on a DAILY basis. This is a fact, watch and pay attention the next time your on ANY highway, one person in the wrong lane will end up making MULTIPLE drivers swerve to avoid or pass on either side making a wall of three cars momentarily and causing all cars in vacinity to react. The same as well for the second worse drivers the ones who sit in the passing lanes and aren't passing anyone, this means MOVE OVER. This theory is sound I see it every day and is the root of all the gridlock traffic, its not volume as some may think. Anyways sorry for the rant.

Yea Canadian Tire used to be the place for Hunting rifles I remember my Dad getting a lever action 306 and all his ammo form there. But I guess they had to curb the sales in Metro areas so as not to fuel any revolutions lol. Canadian Tire was an institution at one point they had everything.

I got some "blue fox vibrax" a lot of 5 for 6.99 should have known better really bad knockoffs with offcut stampings which resulted in irregular movement patterns from 4 of the 5. So my bid won 1 geniune knockoff for the same price as a real one (1). Research feedback always, and don't be suckered in because of packaging they photocopy on cardboard nowadays.

Hi everyone, I was reading some posts awhile back about a guy looking for work. I know its a long shot but if there are any Toronto contractors on here looking for a guy please let me know. I have been working for myself for the last 9 months and don't have a large enough customer base to keep my head above the water (pun intended). I am skilled in ALL home maitenance/ reno work, and just looking for someone to work under so I don't have to stress about where the money is going to come from. So please if you know of anyone PM me. Also if anyone on this site has an problems (house related) feel free to ask for advice, I'm always more than happy to help. Thanks.

Welcome to Capitalism boys. Rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Don't worry though another 20 years there will be a revolution. majority of people will not be able to live and those that are rich won't be able to live off our sweat anymore. Has anyone seen house prices these days? Might as well just rent.

One piece of advice: NO Internet Explorer USE Mozilla Firefox it has security features that prevent viruses and popups from getting your info. True Story and watch out on Google Images one click could cost you big bucks.

Muskie Fishing on a spinning reel and medium rod
SirWhite replied to SirWhite's topic in General Discussion
We will be fishing the Kawarthas as it is only an hour and a half away and the fishing is spectacular. Usually I go for Bass but we were catching 10-15 pound Muskie last time on bass setups so we decided on a Muskie Rally in Sept. I have two medium Ugly sticks and one light Shimano FX200 and one medium Shimano GX 130. This is why I'm worried. Would need a whole setup for cheap as I don't have a fishing savings plan setup yetlol. -
Muskie Fishing on a spinning reel and medium rod
SirWhite replied to SirWhite's topic in General Discussion
Thanks for the advice guys. I did kinda figure id need new equipment. But I never even thought about the impact id have on the fish! gonna change up for sure. Just been on a spinning combo all my fishing life and at 33 Im not sure if Baitcast rod/reel is something I can pick up right away (ive heard some horror stories) Is it unwise to change reels before a big fishing weekend? is it really that hard to switch from spinning to baitcasting?
