Seems every sport or election could be rigged according to some. Would explain the Leafs

Hi everyone I had recently "booked" a saturday out with the guys for the Bass Opener. It all fell through on Thursday when two out of the four of us have had to cancel due to work to repair broken power lines. They make a killing on OT during these terrible times and are almost required to work. Soooo, Ive got no boat and will have to fish from shore. My question Can anyone please suggest a place I could fish (Bass) from shore in the lower Kawarthas?

Lots of haters. Lol. No better spectator sport in the whole world. Fact They're only armour; shin pads. Not even a cup. The boots are not leather but paper thin top to create barefoot feeling and better traction on the ball. Ankles and calves have only socks over them. Everyone uses METAL studs on the bottom of their boots. Obviously every match is going to have small injuries that the players are able to walk off. Kinda like a snapshot in the skate while blocking a shot. The sport does have a problem with the Uber dramatic. The World Cup has a problem with Officiating The Italian team is the WORST lol

Hi guys, I'm just about to spool my Musky reel and don't like the way my Albright knot sits does anyone think there is a better lot for toeing the backing mono to the mainline braid? Thanks in advance

why are there so many part time jobs in Ontario
SirWhite replied to Oggie's topic in General Discussion
Less pay, less breaks. Disposable workforce. Employer also does not need to pay overtime or severance or holidays. -
I went in two weeks ago. There are a lot of Sharks and hall walk way underwater viewing. Looks pretty classy though. Also has two shark images on tile on roof it's gonna look good for aerial shots during Leaf Games and Blue Jays games.

I grew up an hour away from Banff, in Elk country. Elk are a bit rare to see except on the streets in Banff, lol. The common deer species out there is Mule deer. These Bull Elk and the "harems" in which they travel are incredible to see. No matter where you live or how many times you see them. I didn't know they where wild/ breeding here that's great

Need some input (long distance purchase no paypal)

Second the E-transfer sounds scarey but is legit and only done with the Canadian banks. There's no Bull just instant transfer -
Humminbird Ice Transducer on sale at Sail.... (yes a bit early)
SirWhite replied to Burtess's topic in General Discussion
Good deal. How do you find the 570? $99 seems so low -
I like your determination. Good luck

When you start having to deal with tip wrap you'll wish you'd had been happy with mono lol. Braid is the way and Power Pro is the name. You'll lose less lures too, due to the brute strength of the line.

You should probably just learn how to use a topwater bait. Frogs should really be left alone. They aren't as plentiful as they used to be.

I haven't gone through the different radio stations in years. I find the show entertaining. I often take an extra second while working to listen to one of the many funny stories every day. Psychic Nikki, what's wrong with you, and pickin on Bieber makes me laugh. And all the random news about f'd up sh$t is the only thing that makes me smile before 10am. The call ins with the wierd homeschooled kid that always yelled at them and spoke nonsense about himself. Was classic. A month ago they ran a news story about a neighbour finding three woman trapped in a house one had a baby and they had been missing for years. Blundell ran the "hero' s" interview over and over. Hilarious. Look it up haters.
-
Really? I haven't even noticed lol. Yeah it's gonna be different cause Blundell isn't really all that funny and the banter between them really made the show.

What happened to Canadian Tire? senseless store policies
SirWhite replied to bare foot wader's topic in General Discussion
I still believe they can turn it around. Canadian Tire money and their return policy keep me coming back, their employees and crap tools keep me from going there all the time. -
Left Handed Muskie Fisherman - A Dying breed
SirWhite replied to Lunkerhunter's topic in General Discussion
I'm a lefty and starting to get into Musky fishing. Right now I'm using the C4 5601 and it feels cheap after reeling in my Revo STXs. Just doesn't feel sure of it itself hulking in my Belivers and D10s. I was looking for the hs Toro 61 as well and discovered its a "no go" itd be nice to pick up all that line quicker when jerking and trolling. You wanna sell me your old Toro?lol -
Lol all of the above! Also had it pass through an Albright knot as well. I won't buy this brand anymore

I'm experiencing some issues with my Floro knots, well mostly the Palomar to hook knot. Is this not the ideal knot for Floro to hook? Almost lost a nice Smallie was as if the knot just let go under pressure.

Everybody gets old and loses its nature taking course. Silva was pissed of that the other guy landed decent shots and didn't drop his hands. He tried to provoke him and ended up looking like a complete fool. Did anyone else notice the HUGE Nike endorsement? His shirt said "Anderson Knows" lol I guess it's still only Bo who knows

Took over an hour to make a fifteen minute drive. Yonge closed at Davisville and broken branches everywhere
-
My money is always serious. please update after purchase these look pretty interesting!

I found the LeBaron worse than any other place if ever been. Out of stock on all things I came in for. I asked for grease for my reel guy looks at me puzzled and says "why would you want to put grease on your reel?" I had about $100 in goods i was going to buy, by the time I was done I was so pissed off I put most of it back and only spent $20 on terminal gear. Who only carries Shimano reel covers? You sell Abu don't you? I'm not puttin shimano on my brand new STX. I do like Gangons and BPS is good if you don't want to be bothered by helpless sales people lol

Finally got my new to us boat in the water. Feedback please.
SirWhite replied to Can_38's topic in General Discussion
Really interested in these boats. How did you find the layout? And is the front deck big enough to fish from? I looked at a 16 footer last year with a 70 two stroke (same years as yours) and really liked the incorporation of the wood and console. And if your gonna swamp any boat that's the one to do it in!
