I used to fish Lake Simcoe and French River but I wont pay those ridiculous park and launch fees on lake simcoe so it leaves the French river which I have been fishing for the last 35 years and I love it.

I understand all of the above but the retail prices have gone up while production costs have plummeted along with quality.

I wish that the rod and reel manufacturers would come out and let us know where their products are manufactured and not just where they are engineered. Are they ashamed to admit that most of their product lines are now made in China?

I cant think of a better way to self -isolate than to go to a lodge. Cabin, Boat ,Cabin ,Cabin, Swim, Boat, Cabin and on and on and on -

Every boat has its own C of G depending on engine weight, fuel tanks, weight distribution etc etc. It is important that you find this sweet spot for your boat for safety' s sake , boat performance and your comfort. Take your time and experiment
