I don't think it would make a significant difference to the gas mileage. I would consider the weight limits. Many trucks are rated for a 1,000 or 1,500 hundred points total, including passengers. An extra 600 pounds in the truck may put you over the limit. You would have to consider the limits for the trailer as well. Also consider that extra weight in the back of the truck plus the tongue weight of the trailer may cause your rear end to ride pretty low. If loading in the trailer try to put it over the axle to avoid problems with tongue weight. If it is going in the truck I would put it in front of the rear axle if possible; otherwise it might be better off in the trailer. I think that over the trailers axle would be best if it has the capacity.

I think Aylmer brand ketchup is made in Canada. That is another option.

Eurasian Milfoil is particularly pervasive. Other weeds will not spread nearly as quickly as this one.

Get the impeller for the water pump replaced. You may be able to do this yourself if you are handy. I am not sure about the power trim.

It's the smaller motors that Tohatsu builds. They have recently started making the small motors for Evinrude, so Merc, Nissan, or Evinrude dealers may be able to help.

She definitely made a bad decision, but I wouldn't say it was 100% her fault. Had the motorcyclist been travelling a reasonable speed and paying attention they would most likely have been able to avoid the collision. The motorcyclist applied the brakes before hitting the car, yet they were still travelling in excess of the speed limit after having slammed on the brakes. If they were still travelling in excess of the speed limit after applying the brakes, how fast were they going before applying the brakes? She should be charged, but I don't think an extended jail sentence will server a purpose. The sentencing should take into account that the motor cycle driver was also negligent.

From what I understand, the portion of the brain that is used to transmit pain in mammals does not exist in fish. Based on that, I don't think that fish feel pain.

It should be easy to make a bracket the would hold a shaft with a transducer mounted on it. Some of the commercially made transducer brackets may work, or could at least be modified to work. You would probably want to remove it when it is time to put the boat on plane. It may be just as easy to mount it on the motor and leave the motor down while you troll.

I am not convinced that WD 40 is very biodegradable. I heard people claim that it is made from fish oil; but I pretty sure that is just a myth. Someone did post a list of ingredients in WD 40; fish oil was not on the list.

That would apply to pretty well any bass lake in Ontario. Very few lakes in Ontario had bass before the gov't decided to introduce them to the lakes along all of the railway lines in Ontario.

Actually I liked Horwath's comment when she stated that she would not support the budget. She pointed out that Wynne had not kept her promises from the last budget; so there was no reason to believe that she would keep the ones in this budget. Her statement makes perfect sense to me. It doesn't matter what the Liberals put in the budget when you know that they are not going to do what they say anyway.

That sounds like a good idea to me. I am not sure what you have against that. He is not claiming that this alone will resolve all of Ontario's problems. That does not necessarily require any teachers to be fired. Teachers retire every year; that is why about 2,500 new teachers are hired every year. We also have a number of "retired" teachers who continue to work as supply teachers. The reduction can be achieved by reducing or eliminating new hires for the four implementation of his plan. Yes, this will impact employment because fewer people will be hired. The ones currently in teacher's college will find it even more difficult to get into teaching. But it does not mean the current teacher need to be fired. No, I do not think it makes sense for the money currently charged by stores to be used for the environment. As I said, there is not, nor has there ever been a provincial law that requires stores to charge five cents per bag. Toronto did have such a law at one time; but that has since been eliminated. If other cities require a charge per bag, then you need to take that issue up with the city; not the province. In order to use a per bag charge for provincial government expenditures on the environment, a tax would have to be created, administered, audited, and enforced. This may have some merit. But it would require a bureaucracy to be created to administer the tax. I am not sure how much money would be left over after the administration costs were taken into consideration. I also do not agree with forcing stores to cancel their policies of charging per bag. Stores have always been allowed to charge for bags it they wanted to. It was common practice for discount stores to charge for bags. I think stores should be allowed to charge for providing bags if they choose to do so. Consumers have the option of shopping at other stores if this bothers them.

The cuts to public service will be through attrition, so you won't be saving anybody's job by voting against the PC's. It is not a tax. It is a store policy. There was a time when Toronto stores were required to charge five cents per bag. That was only in Toronto, it was not a provincial law; and it has since been eliminated. When store in Toronto were required to charge for bags, the five cents was retained by the store. Some stores still choose to charge five cents per bag, but there is no legal requirement for them to do so. Immigration is federal issue; this is a provincial election.

Size matters when it comes to your wood. I am not sure how it works in Hamilton, but in Toronto, any trees that are less than one foot in diameter can be cut down without permit. If you cut one (over a foot in diameter) down without a permit then you are taking your chances. If nobody complains then you will probably be fine... but it only takes one.

Just don't get caught at the border with it. Plus, the ban is provincial and border is a federal responsibility. You are allowed to use them if you have an infestation; so they are not completely banned.

I have seen it done; an electric motor, not down riggers I saw it on a fishing show. They had an auxiliary tube for the electric motor that was attached to a donought style flow tube.

I think Tohatsu is making some of the Evinrude motors too.
