  1. What about for Android? Form what I understand most, if not all, Android apps will run on Blackberry phones.
  2. Montreal Donuts... http://nesn.com/2014/05/montreal-fans-refused-to-eat-boston-cream-donuts-at-bell-centre-photo/ They should have called them Cream Boston donuts and sold out
  3. Have you considered the graphite props with replaceable blades? I think the full prop is priced similar to aluminium; but the blades and hub can be replaced separately; so fixing a damaged prop may be cheaper. E.g. I recently damage a single blade of my prop; with graphite I could have just replaced that one blade. You can also have two sets of blades so you can switch the pitch of the of the prop I don't have the brand name handy; they were at the sportsman show..
  4. Wouldn't issues with tires holding air most likely be an issue with the rims or installation rather than the tire itself?
  5. It will be interesting to see how this works. I am not convinced that this is a good idea. I don't think it will have a significant impact on the zebra population of Lake Winnipeg. I have a hard time believing that it isn't going to kill anything other than zebra muscles. https://ca.news.yahoo.com/eyes-manitoba-tries-blast-zebra-mussels-unique-experiment-140013689.html
  6. Saw this in the paper today. http://metronews.ca/news/world/1027521/aussie-angler-finds-live-frog-inside-fishs-mouth/
  7. I have a rechargeable lawn mower that uses two 12 volt batteries connected in series to produce 24 volts. I leave the batteries connected and hook a regular 12 volt charger to each a single battery and charge one battery at a time. This has worked on the same set of batteries for close to 10 years.
  8. Thanks for the replies. Some good information.
  9. It is illegal to use them as bait in Ontario. I am not sure about the rest of Canada.
  10. During the winter I keep them in the garage. I add snow to replenishing the water. I also fill a water bottle half full of the water and shake it and pour it back in to aerate the water. I usually only keep them a week like this; sometimes a little longer.
  11. Do the Vancouver Canucks count? Also Montreal Maroons were a completely different franchise. Both teams were in the league for quite a few years. Generally the anglophones cheered for the Maroons while the francophones cheered for the Canadiens.
  12. Yes, that and the anti-car attitude from many councilors and the former mayor.
  13. They are just what need to fight Asian carp.
  14. I am planning to get my driveway paved and have some steps built. I live in Scarborough. If anybody has any recommendations about who I should consider (or, who I should avoid), I would appreciate hearing them. I am not yet set on material; I am open asphalt, inter-lock, poured concrete, etc. for the drive way. I am leaning toward concrete for the steps but I would consider other options. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
  15. Polaroids can be scanned... you may not be in the clear yet.
  16. I think my dad had the exact same motor on his old wood boat.
  17. What type of fishing do you plan to do? Cable steer gives better control for fishing tight cover. Power steering models allow you to control the motor from anywhere in the boat; which is better for trolling. Automatic pilot type models include features such as memorizing trolling routes, anchoring the boat (if get a hit while drifting just press button to keep your boat right there). A longer shaft will keep the prop in the water when the waves pickup and when you are standing in the back of the boat. More power full is better. You don't have to use full power when it is not needed. You will be glad to have it when you do. Higher voltage gives better performance but requires more batteries. Do you have a place in the boat for the extra batteries?
  18. Outside on a paved bike path? Or, outside on a rough trail through the woods? The type of riding you plan to do will affect whether a road bike, hybrid, hard tail, or double suspension mountain bike is the best choice.
  19. Perhaps someone can correct me if I am wrong; but I think that notice would include a space where you can fill out counter claim for damages to paid to you. You are the victim of harassment. Perhaps you could point that out to them if they contact you again. I don't see what their claim would be. You are not preventing them from receiving damages; you are simply informing them that it will be the insurance company, not you, signing the cheque.
  20. That cannot happen. They are both western teams.
  21. Isn't most bottled water just bottled tap water?
  22. I remember a small pierce of foam drifting to the back of my boat when I was bailing it out... the piece of foam sank to the bottom of the water filled bilge. It was not long after that that the boat sank after some heavy rain. I am not sure why anything that "should never be exposed to water" would be used in the manufacture of a boat; but I can confirm that the foam does get water logged. My older boat was a 1994. I have been told that the newer boats use better foam. Fortunately, I haven't had to test that theory yet. I am not sure why DOT, the U.S. Coast Guard, engineers, etc. cannot figure out that the foam used to provide flotation for a boat that has been swamped needs to be able to still work when it's wet. You don't need a degree to figure that out. The boat should not have sank to the bottom; but winning a law suit may prove difficult. There are a lot of questions. Who performed the after market welds and how did they impact the flotation and hull integrity? The flotation is designed to keep a boat that has not been overloaded from sinking. How can you prove that the boat was not overloaded; or that the after market welds did not cause the problem when the boat is at the bottom of the bay? I would take the insurance money and buy a different brand of boat. With the aftermarket welds; this one may not be Trackers fault. But still, there have been too many stories about Trackers...
  23. The weather forecast per my BlackBerry is prediction snow in Pickering tomorrow.
  24. If not, you can try colouring your down rigger cable the way lead core is coloured. That will give you a good estimate of how much line is out.
